A circuit board includes a foil circuit provided on a synthetic resin plate formed by injection molding, made of a copper foil, and having a pattern different for the circuit board. Anchor pins projecting upward are provided on the resin plate and passed through pinholes made in the foil circuit. The foil circuit is positioned and secured to the resin plate. In a required portion of the resin plate, a terminal insertion hole is provided, and a receiving terminal is secured to the required portion of the terminal insertion hole and connected to the foil circuit.

Circuit board, its manufacturing method, and joint box using circuit board

A circuit board case with an electrical connector comprises a case member having formed thereon a connector mating portion, and a connection member accommodated in the case member and mounted on the connector mating portion to electrically connect the counterpart connector and the circuit board. The connection member comprises a terminal provided with a first bar portion and a second bar portion, and a first fixing member which holds the first bar portion of the terminal and is mounted on the connector mating portion of the case member to fix the terminal, and a second fixing member which holds the second bar portion and is mounted on the case member to regulate movement of the terminal in a direction in which the first bar portion extends into the case member.

Circuit board case with electric connector and electronic unit provided with the same

A circuit board with a simple structure is manufactured. A circuit boardhas thereon a foil circuitprovided on a synthetic resin plateformed by injection molding, made of a copper foil, and having a pattern different for circuit board. Anchor pinsprojecting upward are provided on the resin plateand passed through pinholes made in the foil circuit. The foil circuitare positioned and secured to the resin plate. In a required portion of the resin plate, a terminal insertion holeis provided, and receiving terminalis secured to the required portion of the terminal insertion holeand connected to the foil circuit

The invention provides a bolt-equipped connector in which the bolt will be mounted when the connector is mated with a counter connector. Engaging protrusions (25a, 26a) of a bolt holder (20) are engaged with engaging portions (15b, 16b), whereby the bolt holder (20) is fitted to a holder mounting hole (13) of a housing (11) of a male connector (10). In this state, the bolt (40) is pushed into the bolt holder (20) at the time of mating with a female connector. Engaging pieces (44b, 44c) of a stop ring (44) additionally provided to the bolt (40) are engaged with a step portion (22b) of the bolt holder (20), so that the bolt (40) is rotatably held to the housing (11) via the bolt holder (20). Then, a male screw portion (41) of the bolt (40) is screwed in a screw hole of the female connector, whereby the connectors are mated with each other.

Bolt-equipped connector

An electric connector including a housing made of resin and having a plurality of cavities for receiving a plurality of terminals and a terminal retaining member made of resin and having a plurality of holes. When a rear portion of the housing is inserted into an opening formed in a front portion of the terminal retaining member, the housing and terminal retaining member are preliminarily coupled with each other in a first coupling mode in which the holes of the terminal retaining member are aligned with the cavities of the housing. After the terminals having electric wires connected thereto have been inserted into the cavities through the holes, the terminal retaining member is shifted in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the terminals are inserted and then is further moved toward the housing to attain a second coupling mode. In the second coupling mode the terminals are engaged with portions of the terminal retaining member to prevent the terminals from being removed out of the housing.

Electric connector

Herein disclosed is a heat resisting electrical connector assembly which has a heat resisting metallic locking clip. The locking clip is detachably fixed to a female part of the connector assembly and comprises a first portion lockably fixed to the female part, a second portion having a locking opening formed therein and a third portion having a free end, the third portion being resiliently moved together with the free end thereof toward the first portion when pressed toward the first portion. A male part of the connector assembly is formed with a projection with which the locking opening of the clip is engaged upon final coupling of the male and female parts. A fulcrum structure is formed on the female part to support partially the third portion of the clip in such a manner that when the third portion is pressed toward the first portion, the second portion is raised away from the first portion thereby disengaging the locking opening of the clip from the projection.
