A double container pouring cap that can abut an air valve in an intended state and stably exhibit performance related to the air valve, and a double container includes: an air valve that can abut on and separate from a back surface of a cap body, and blocks air flow from a vent to an outside air inlet, while allowing air flow from the outside air inlet to the vent; and an inner plug provided to face the back surface of the cap body with the air valve interposed between, and including a regulation part that abuts on a part of the air valve and limits separation of the air valve from the back surface of the cap body. A first abutting surface of the air valve where the regulation part abuts is a flat surface.

Double container pouring cap and double container

In the discharger, a stopper is swingable between a restriction position which comes into contact with or approaches a locking target portion to restrict downward movement of a discharge head and a restriction release position where the restriction and locking target portions are separated to allow downward movement of the discharge head by the stopper being swung rearward from the restriction position, the stopper including the restriction portion, a finger hook outward from a depressing member in a left-right direction, and a contact target portion that comes into contact with the depressing member when the stopper is at the restriction position or when the depressing member rotates downward around a rotation axis where the stopper is at the restriction position, and a restraint protrusion protruding downward is formed at a portion of the depressing member rearward of a contact portion with which the contact target portion comes into contact.

Discharger

A discharge container including: a container body having an outer layer body with an outside air introduction hole and an inner layer body held inside of the outer layer body and configured to be deformable to undergo volume reduction; an inner plug having a partition wall covering an opening of a mouth and a sealing tube protruded from an undersurface of the partition wall and in abutment with an inner periphery of the mouth; a discharge cap having a discharge port from which contents are discharged and attached to the mouth to surround the inner plug from outside; and a valve body disposed between the inner plug and the discharge cap and configured to open/close an outflow hole provided in the partition wall, wherein the inner plug or the discharge cap has a deformation suppressing portion in abutment with an outer periphery of a upper end of the mouth.

Discharge container

A quantitative syringe-type ejector capable of ejecting the contents packed in one syringe in small quantities is provided. The quantitative syringe-type ejector includes a syringe and a plunger. The plunger includes a piston holding member and a plunger operation member. The piston holding member has at least one arm having: a slide projection slidable on an inner peripheral surface of the syringe; and a lock projection to be releasably locked to a back end of the syringe. The plunger operation member has a lock part to be releasably locked to the back end of the syringe.

Quantitative syringe-type ejector

The ejection head includes a pressing member; a nozzle tip that is fitted to a concavity; and an insert member. The insert member includes: a concave portion that forms a filling space for the content medium; at least one through hole formed on a circumferential wall; and a long groove that extends from the through hole to the nozzle tip. The insert member has a front end having an outer circumferential edge formed as an annular inclined surface, and the front end is formed with a bulging portion. The bulging portion is formed with a plurality of radial grooves and a cylindrical groove. At least one through hole is located in a position that is circumferentially offset from the plurality of radial grooves.

Ejection head and container provided with the same

Double container includes: inner layer body provided with upper opening; outer layer body accommodating inner layer body and including mouth portion provided with aperture; and dispensing cap provided with content dispensing spout and fitted to mouth portion. Double container further includes: inside plug provided with dispensing passage and fitted to upper opening; and check valve configured to open and close dispensing passage. Dispensing cap has a cylindrical wall, and cylindrical wall has a lower end portion fitted to an outer circumferential surface of outer layer body to provide vent region inside dispensing cap. Throttle passage is provided in a passage extending from ambient air introducing hole through vent region to aperture.

Double-walled container

An improved pump is provided that is capable of achieving excellent back suction function by using a depression head, without compromising the ease of depression operations of the head due to the additional function. The pump includes a depression head and an annular piston. The depression head is urged upward and is relatively displaceable with respect to the stem. When depressed, a lever member of the depression head operates to open a discharge opening. An annular piston opens a discharge valve, in an uppermost displacement position and closes the discharge valve in a lowermost displacement position. Back suction is caused due to a negative pressure state occurring in the stem until the discharge valve seat is closed by the annular piston during upward displacement of the stem.

Pump

A syringe has a dripless feature by using an O-ring located between a conical disc and a flat plunger disc in an annular groove on a moving plunger. The flat plunger disc has a series of projections that offset the o-ring off the flat plunger disc surface when the plunger is not actuated. When the plunger is actuated, the o-ring distorts to rest on the projections and also on the surface of the flat plunger disc. When the plunger is released, the o-ring's resiliency pulls the o-ring back to its original shape which sucks back the fluid being dispensed so that no or less drips occur.

Viscous material extruding dispenser

A discharge cap for discharging a content liquid from a container body includes a cylinder assembly that can be tightly fitted to a mouth portion of the container body. The cylinder assembly includes a cap main body provided with a main discharge cylinder, a discharge cylinder body provided with an auxiliary discharge cylinder that is smaller in diameter than the main discharge cylinder, and a lid body for opening or closing the auxiliary discharge cylinder. Hinge-connections are provided between the cap main body and the discharge cylinder body, and between the discharge cylinder body and the lid body, for allowing a selective opening of the main discharge cylinder and the auxiliary discharge cylinder, thereby readily changing the discharge amount or discharge mode of the content liquid.

Variable discharge cap for a bottle-like container body

A liquid jetting pump of the present invention is constructed such that an intra container liquid is sucked into a cylinderthrough a suction valveby moving a vertically movable memberup and down, and the intra cylinder liquid is jetted out of a nozzlethrough a discharge valvefrom a stem. A plurality of ribsare protruded in a peripheral direction from a lower edge part within the cylinder. Engagement recessed portionsare formed in inner parts of the upper surfaces of the ribs. A lower edge of a coil springfor biasing the vertically movable memberis secured to each of the engagement recessed portions, thereby permitting a flow of liquid on both sides of the lower edge of the spring internally externally.

Non-leaking non-dripping liquid jet pump

An accumulator-type liquid sprayer includes a piston arranged in a cylinder, a piston guide extending through a passage extending therethrough in an axial direction of the piston, so as to be engageable with, and disengageable from the piston, cooperating with the piston and the cylinder to form a space region for sucking and pressurizing a liquid, a check valve for opening a suction port of the cylinder during suction of the liquid, and a hollow stem slidably fitted with an outer side of the piston in a liquid-tight manner and engaging with an end portion of the piston guide. A first resilient member urges the piston guide against the piston for maintaining a closed state of the passage in the piston, and a second resilient member urges the piston against the piston guide for adjusting a spraying pressure of the liquid. A stopper is arranged in the cylinder, for positioning the piston before the content is sprayed to provide increased contact surface pressure so as to maintain the closed state of the passage. The piston has an end portion which can be brought into contact with the stopper, and which is formed with an annular recess extending along an outer peripheral edge of the end portion.

Accumulator-type liquid sprayer

A depression head for pump mechanism increasing sealability on the discharge port and enabling favorable shutting of the liquid leakage, said depression head comprising a mounting cylinder assemblyhaving an upright sliding cylinder communicating with the interior of the stem; a bodyadapted to be depressible relative to the mounting cylinder assemblyand having an attachment cylinderfitted on the sliding cylinder, a valve chamber disposed above the attachment cylinder and defining a discharge portopened its leading end; a valve memberforwardly biased to close the discharge portand defining a passage between the discharge port and a communication portwhich is also communicating with the interior of a pump cylinder; and a lever memberfor coupling to the valve memberto open the discharge port in response to the depression of the head; wherein a resistive force against the depression of the body with respect to the stem is smaller than a resistive force against the depression of the stem itself.

A synthetic resin tube container is formed to have a shortened neck portion and to eliminate an overlapping double wall in a structure for mounting a cap to the neck portion. The tube container comprises a container body and a cover plate. The container body has a trunk portion from which the neck portion is extending upwardly through an inward flanged wall. The upper surface of the neck portion is closed by a top wall with a discharge port. A fitting recessed groove is formed circumferentially on the inward flanged wall. The cover plate is connected via a hinge to an insert cylinder which is fitted into the fitting recessed groove.
