An all-terrain straddle type vehicle includes, inside a wheel, a disc rotor that rotates as the wheel rotates, a caliper for clamping the disc rotor to brake the rotation of the wheel, and a scraper for scraping out dirt, mud, sand, snow and other debris deposited on a rim of the wheel. An edge of a scraping surface of the scraper extends obliquely from upstream toward downstream of a rotation direction of the wheel with respect to a rotation plane of the wheel.

All-terrain vehicle

An all terrain vehicle includes left and right vehicle body frame portions and left and right suspension arms, respectively suspending left and right rear wheels, and capable of moving up and down together with the left and right rear wheels. The left and right vehicle body frame portions have a portion bent toward the center in a vehicle width direction, and a suspension arm support portion connected to the bent portion toward the rear of the vehicle and inclined to the center in the width direction of the vehicle. The left and right suspension arms are connected to the pair of left and right suspension arm support portions. The all terrain vehicle is provided with a more compact frame.

All terrain vehicle

A vehicle includes a wheel suspension device on a right side and a wheel suspension device on a left side, with the right and left side wheel suspension devices being connected to each other through a rear frame mounted on a body frame. The right and left side wheel suspension devices include a lower arm supported at an inner end of the rear frame so as to extend outward and so as to be pivotally movable in a vertical direction. The right and left side wheel suspension devices also include an upper arm connected to the outer end of the lower arm through a wheel-supporting knuckle and so as to extend outward from the knuckle. The wheel suspension devices are provided with a rear cushion unit connected at one end to the swinging side end of one of the lower and upper arm members. At least one of the inner end of the upper arm and the other end of the rear cushion unit is supported on the rear frame so as to be pivotally movable.

A small-sized vehicle is capable of cooling an electric motor of a power steering apparatus that supplies a steering shaft with an assisting steering force. The electric motor is arranged so as to receive cooling air from a cooling fan disposed on the rear side of a radiator that cools the engine cooling water with outside air.

Small-sized vehicle

A small-sized vehicle is capable of inhibiting the temperature of a battery that supplies an electric motor of a power steering apparatus with a power source from increasing. A battery which supplies the electric motor of the power steering apparatus with the power source is arranged so as not to directly receive cooling air that passes through a radiator.

A small vehicle has a frame assembly that is supported by rear wheels. An engine unit is supported by the frame assembly. The engine unit comprises a belt drive assembly. A cooling system delivers and removes cooling air to the belt drive assembly. A storage compartment is positioned below a seat. An exhaust chamber is formed to the rear of the storage compartment. Heated air from the cooling system is exhausted into the chamber prior to being exhausted to the atmosphere. The storage compartment provides a buffer air pocket to reduce the amount of heat transmitted to the seat from the exhaust chamber.
