A capacitor element includes an anode body including a porous region located at a surface of the anode body, a dielectric layer that covers at least a part of the anode body, and a cathode layer that covers at least a part of the dielectric layer. The anode body includes an anode part and a cathode formation part on which the cathode layer is disposed, the cathode formation part being adjacent to the anode part. At least a part of the porous region of the anode part includes a thin-thickness region that is thinner than the porous region in the cathode formation part, and a metal substrate is stacked on at least a part of the thin-thickness region. The metal substrate is denser than the porous region in the cathode formation part.

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a plurality of capacitor elements that are laminated with each other. The plurality of capacitor elements each include an anode body, a solid electrolyte layer, and a cathode lead-out layer. The anode body is a foil-shaped electric conductor having a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface. The anode body includes an anode section, a cathode formation section, and a separation section interposed between the anode section and the cathode formation section. The solid electrolyte layer and the cathode lead-out layer are disposed on both the first and the second main surfaces of the cathode formation section. A first insulating layer is disposed on the first main surface of the separation section. A first capacitor element and a second capacitor element that are adjacent to each other among the plurality of the capacitor elements are stacked so that the first insulating layer in the first capacitor element faces the second main surface of the separation section in the second capacitor element.

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes at least one capacitor element, an outer packaging resin, and a coating layer. The at least one capacitor element includes an anode body that includes a dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer that at least partially covers the dielectric layer. The outer packaging resin covers the at least one capacitor element. The coating layer is disposed between the at least one capacitor element and the outer packaging resin. The coating layer contains a fluorine compound.

Solid electrolytic capacitor and method for manufacturing solid electrolytic capacitor with separation and insulation

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, a negative terminal, a positive terminal, and a resin package covering the capacitor element. The negative terminal and the positive terminal are joined respectively to a negative electrode section and a positive electrode section of the capacitor element. The negative terminal has a mount portion, a protruding portion, and a collecting portion. The mount portion has the negative electrode section disposed thereon, and is joined to an underside of the negative electrode via a conductive bonding portion. The protruding portion protrudes from a side edge of the mount portion in a same plane as the mount portion, and has a width narrowed stepwise in a protruding direction. The collecting portion is provided adjacent to a side edge of a part where the protruding portion is narrowed stepwise, and accommodates a part of the conductive bonding portion.

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor unit having a cathode frame coupled to a cathode part of a capacitor element, and anode frames formed at the opposite sides of the capacitor unit sandwiching a cathode frame, and coupled to an anode part of the capacitor element. Flat parts provided at the opposite ends of anode terminals are coupled to the anode frames. A flat part provided in the center of a cathode terminal is coupled to the cathode frame. The capacitor unit is covered with coating resin. The solid electrolytic capacitor has a simplified structure and a lower ESL.
