According to one embodiment, the present invention provides a rotating-machine casing support structure including: a casing; a built-in component that is disposed inside an interior space of the casing at a lateral side of a rotor and that is supported by the casing; a protruding part that is provided so as to protrude laterally outside of the casing from a side of the casing; and a support part that supports the protruding part laterally outside of the casing.

A turbine casing comprises: a turbine casing body, which covers a rotor of a steam turbine from the outer side, and in which is formed an exhaust port through which steam is horizontally exhausted; an overhanging part that horizontally widens from the outer surface of the turbine casing body; and a support part that supports the overhanging part on a baseplate; the support part restraining vertical displacement of the overhanging part relative to the baseplate, and securing the overhanging part to the baseplate so as to allow the overhanging part to be horizontally deformed or displaced.

Turbine casing and steam turbine

A rotary machine includes: a rotary shaft supported by a bearing provided on a bearing base; and a casing housing the rotary shaft at least in part. The casing includes at least one support leg configured to support the casing on a base plate of a support structure member, and a support leg of the at least one support leg is supported on a support leg base provided on the base plate. The rotary machine further includes a height adjustment mechanism configured to adjust height of the casing, and the height adjustment mechanism includes an inclined surface of a support leg formed on the support leg, an inclined surface of a support leg base formed on the support leg base while facing the inclined surface of the support leg, and an actuator configured to move the support leg and the support leg base relative to each other.

Rotary machine

A steam turbine includes a rotor shaft, a casing disposed so as to cover the rotor shaft and having a shaft penetration part through which the rotor shaft passes, and a casing support extending axially toward an inner side of the casing through an outer surface of the casing at a periphery of the shaft penetration part and supporting the casing.

In a rotary machine that includes rotating body including a rotating-body main body and a pair of rotor shaft ends fixed to the both outer sides in the shaft direction of the rotating-body main body; a casing accommodating the rotating-body main body and being penetrated by the rotor shaft ends; a bearing rotatably supporting the rotor shaft ends and having a bearing face being provided with lubricant fluid from a lubricant line; and the support part supporting the casing, the support part is cooled through heat exchanging between the lubricant fluid the support part.

Cooling device for casing support part of rotary machine, rotary machine, and cooling method for casing support part of rotary machine

There are provided a seal fin, a seal structure, a turbo machine, and a method for manufacturing a seal fin. The seal fin suppresses leak of a fluid from a gap between a first and a second structures facing each other in a radius direction, and is formed on the first structure while keeping a clearance with respect to the second structure. The seal fin includes: a fin main body extending in the radius direction; and a protrusion being formed between a front face of the fin main body and a tip face and protruding toward an upstream side. A length of the protrusion is 1.5 times a length of the fin main body or less; an angle of the protrusion is 75 degrees or less; and a tilt angle of the fin main body is set in a range of &#x2212;60 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less.

Seal fin, seal structure, turbo machine, and method for manufacturing seal fin

This steam turbine system is provided with a first support rod () which is disposed in an outer casing () and extends in one direction. The first support rod () includes a first end (A) which is connected to a surface, of an inner surface () of an upper half of an end plate (), on a first side in a lateral direction of an axial line of a rotor. The first support rod () includes a second end (B) which is connected to an inner surface () of a ceiling plate () which is disposed further on a second side in the lateral direction of the outer casing () than the first end (A).

Steam turbine system

In a steam turbine including a rotor including a free side end fixed by a journal bearing in a radial direction and a fixed side end fixed by a thrust bearing in an axial direction, and a casing including a fixed side end fixed by the thrust bearing in the axial direction, a casing position adjustment device is configured to adjust an axial position of the casing with respect to the rotor due to thermal expansion. The casing position adjustment device includes: a low-pressure casing end plate, which is an end plate oriented to a free side in the axial direction in a low-pressure casing of the casing, and has a diaphragm deformable in the axial direction; and actuators, which are configured to deform the low-pressure casing end plate so that the low-pressure casing end plate extends toward the free side in the axial direction.

Casing position adjustment device

A steam turbine cooling unit for a steam turbine includes a coolant steam path provided to penetrate a casing along a superheated steam supply tube to reach a gap; and a coolant steam supplying unit configured to supply coolant steam flowing through the coolant steam path along the superheated steam supply tube to reach the gap, and having: (i) a pressure higher than a pressure of superheated steam to be supplied by the superheated steam supply tube; and (ii) a temperature lower than a temperature of the superheated steam to be supplied by the superheated steam supply tube.

Steam turbine cooling unit

There are provided a seal fin, a seal structure, and a turbo machine that can achieve a high leak-suppressing effect and can reduce leak loss of the turbo machine. The disclosure suppresses leak of a fluid from a gap between a first structure being in a static state and a second structure rotating around an axis line and is formed on the first structure so as to extend toward the second structure while keeping a clearance between a tip face thereof on an extending direction and the second structure. The first structure and the second structure face each other in a radius direction with the gap inbetween. A plurality of hollows opening at a tip on the extending direction are arranged along a circumference direction in parallel with each other on a front face facing an upstream side of a flow direction of the fluid.

Seal fin, seal structure, and turbo machine

A steam turbine is for a combined cycle plant. The combined cycle plant includes a gas turbine; a boiler a heat source of which is a flue gas discharged from the gas turbine; a high-pressure steam turbine that includes a rotor extending along an axial center of rotation of the rotor, a steam passage provided along the extending direction of the rotor between the rotor and a casing for the rotor, and a high-pressure steam supply portion provided to communicate, from outside the casing through the casing, with the steam passage and configured to be supplied with superheated steam, the high-pressure steam turbine being driven by high-pressure steam generated by the boiler; and a low-pressure steam turbine configured to be driven by low-pressure steam generated by the boiler and by the steam that has flowed through the high-pressure steam turbine.

A sealing device includes a fin, a through hole, and a high pressure fluid supplying unit. The fin extends from a stationary body toward a rotating body in a gap between the stationary and rotating bodies. The fin is not in contact with the rotating body. The through hole is formed to be opened in at least one of the stationary body and the rotating body on an upstream side of the fin in a flow direction of a fluid to flow into the gap between the stationary body and the rotating body. The through hole is opened toward an upstream side of the fluid to flow in the gap between the stationary body and the rotating body. The high pressure fluid supplying unit is configured to supply a high pressure fluid to the gap from the through hole. The high pressure fluid has a higher pressure than the fluid.

Sealing device

A seal device for a turbine is disposed around a rotor so as to separate a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space and includes: a plurality of thin plates arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the rotor. Each of the thin plates has a thin-plate tip surface facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor; a first side plate disposed so as to face the high-pressure space and covering outer peripheral regions of first side surfaces; and a second side plate disposed so as to face the low-pressure space and covering outer peripheral regions of second side surfaces. The first side surface of each of the thin plates is covered with the first side plate in a region extending further to an inner side, in a radial direction of the rotor, than a region of the second side surface covered with the second side plate.
