To visually display the manufacturing statuses of products manufactured through a plurality of manufacturing processes in order and changes of process characteristic factors caused in the manufacturing processes, a visualization system according to an embodiment stores manufacturing log information including start times and end times of manufacturing processes of products grouped in manufacturing units and manufactured through a plurality of manufacturing processes in order, and chronological history information of process characteristic factors corresponding to factors affecting quality characteristics in the manufacturing processes. A time axis for the process characteristic factors in synchronization with the time course of the manufacturing log information is created, and a display object representing a state or a change of each of the process characteristic factors is created based on the chronological history information and placed on the time axis to create a timeline object of each of the process characteristic factors. A process characteristic factor timeline screen including the timeline objects of the respective process characteristic factors arranged in parallel is displayed on a display apparatus.

Visualization system

An information management system includes: a storage section storing a data model created based on product manufacturing planning, the data model corresponding to an area where manufacturing achievement data from the manufacturing process is accumulated; an information collection section configured to collect various types of data forming the manufacturing achievement data from a data source involved in the manufacturing process; and a manufacturing management section configured to store the manufacturing achievement data in the associated data model. The manufacturing management section is configured to use the various types of data to create the manufacturing achievement data according to a data structure definition template for organizing the various types of data in association with a thing performed and a situation during the performance in the manufacturing process.

Information management system

A visualization system includes: a first creation section configured to create, for each product manufacturing unit, a line segment connecting a start or end time of a first step to a start or end time of a subsequent second step; a second creation section configured to identify, based on a change log of a step characteristic factor at each manufacturing step, any change in step characteristic factor observed at the first and second steps, and to create a display object representing magnitude of the change in step characteristic factor or including a region representing an attribute of the changed step characteristic factor; and a display control section configured to cause: to display a line segment representing the time axis, created by the first creation section, and the display object, and to display the display objects over positions of the start or end times on time axes of their associated steps.
