A method for manufacturing a display device includes a mounting process in which a frame terminal of a flexible display panel and a counter terminal of a flexible printed circuit substrate are electrically connected by thermocompression bonding. In the mounting process, the thermocompression bonding is performed in a state in which the flexible display panel is folded so that the flexible display panel includes an abutting portion abutting on a mounting stage and a folding portion where the flexible display panel is to be folded over the abutting portion in plan view.

Method for manufacturing display device

An air purifier according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: an air passage defined between a first inner wall surface and a second inner wall surface that are planar and face each other, having a flat passage cross section in which a distance between the first inner wall surface and the second inner wall surface is small, and meandering in a plane parallel to the first inner wall surface and the second inner wall surface; a catalyst member including a support having a flat mesh shape, and a photocatalyst supported on the support, the catalyst member being disposed parallel to the first inner wall surface and the second inner wall surface in the air passage; and a plurality of light sources dispersed on the second inner wall surface, and configured to irradiate the catalyst member with light that activates the photocatalyst.

Mounting substrate and display device

A method of manufacturing a mounting substrate includes a provisional pressing process, a driver pressing process, and a flexible printed circuit board pressing process. In the provisional pressing process, a driver and a flexible printed circuit board are provisionally pressed. In the driver pressing process, the driver is thermally pressed with a pressing head having a driver pressing surface and a flexible printed circuit board pressing surface, and pressure force is applied to the driver with elastically deforming a buffer. In the flexible printed circuit board pressing process, the pressing head is moved closer to the glass substrate such that a height level of the flexible printed circuit board pressing surface with respect to a mounting surface and a height level of the driver pressing surface with respect to the mounting surface are same and pressure force is applied to the flexible printed circuit board with elastically deforming the buffer.

Method of manufacturing mounting substrate and mounting substrate manufacturing apparatus

An array substrate includes a driver, a glass substrate having a driver mounting section where the driver is mounted, an anisotropic conductive material that is interposed between the driver and driver mounting section so as to electrically connect both and that at least includes a binder made of a thermosetting resin and conductive particles in the binder, and a heat supply part provided on at least the driver mounting section of the glass substrate for supplying heat to the anisotropic conductive material.

Mounted substrate, mounted-substrate production method, and mounted-substrate production device

An in-vehicle sound control system structured so that sound sources, a vehicle speed detection unit for detecting a vehicle running speed, and an acoustic reproduction apparatus are connected to in-vehicle communications network. The in-vehicle sound control system controls, in accordance with a vehicle speed signal transmitted from the vehicle speed detection unit, a reproduction acoustic signal. The acoustic reproduction apparatus switches, in accordance with a plurality of inputted sound sources and media information of a sound source, a control amount to sound control section determined based on a vehicle speed signal. In this manner, such an in-vehicle sound control system is provided that can provide an optimal automatic sound control for human ears even when the medium is exchanged or when a channel for a sound source in the medium is switched to another channel.

In-vehicle sound control system

An in-vehicle communication system includes a control unit which locates coupling points of each one of active speaker units to in-vehicle network. The plurality of the active speaker units includes a plurality of acoustic characteristics set data and programs for determining their own addresses. The respective active speaker units thus can be coupled to in-vehicle network without changing their software, and acoustic characteristics values in response to their coupling points in the vehicle can be established.

In-vehicle communication system

A glass-reinforced polycarbonate resin composition comprising an aromatic polycarbonate resin (a) and, blended therewith, 5 to 60% by weight based on the weight of the composition of a glass reinforcement (b) which has been treated with an acid. The composition has excellent dimensional stability, mechanical strength, heat resistance and electrical characteristics, and is therefore used in industrial fields of cameras, VTR's, facsimiles and the like.
