A rolling bearing which can be large-sized, has corrosion resistance, and is allowed to prevent mounting accuracy from deteriorating, a fixing force from decreasing, vibration from occurring at a portion of the rolling bearing to be fixed to a bearing box or the like, and can be used for a long term even in a highly corrosive environment. A rolling bearing () has an inner ring (), an outer ring (), and rolling elements () as bearing members thereof. Of regions of the bearing members which are exposed to a corrosive environment, a film having a sacrificial anode action for a base material of the bearing members is formed in a region including at least a surface (c, d) of the rolling bearing () to be fixed. The film formed on the surface (c, d) thereof to be fixed is porous.

A constant velocity universal joint includes an outer joint part having a plurality of track grooves formed on its cylindrical inner circumferential surface and extending in an axial direction, an inner joint part having a plurality of track grooves formed on its spherical outer circumferential surface and extending in the axial direction, six torque transmitting balls, each being put in a ball track formed by a pair of the track groove of the outer joint part and the track groove of the inner joint part, and a cage having pockets for retaining the torque transmitting balls. The center of curvatures of the spherical outer circumferential surface and the center of the spherical inner circumferential surface of the cage are offset by the same distance in the opposite directions along the axis about the center of the joint. A circumferential arrangement of the ball tracks is made with a uniform pitch, and the circumferential length of the pockets of the cage is made uneven at least at one location.

The constant velocity universal joint includes a plurality of vehicle body attachment flanges provided apart from each other in the outer circumferential direction of the joint outer ring and partly protruding in the radial direction. The joint outer ring has a flower outer circumferential shape corresponding to the inner circumferential shape, and the vehicle body attachment flanges are provided at outer recesses positioned between the track grooves of the joint outer ring. In this joint, the number of the balls is six, and the pitches of the ball tracks are random, unequal and not less than 55.

Sliding type constant velocity universal joint

The constant velocity universal joint includes a plurality of vehicle body attachment flanges provided apart from each other in the outer circumferential direction of the joint outer ring and partly protruding in the radial direction. The joint outer ring has a flower outer circumferential shape corresponding to the inner circumferential shape, and the vehicle body attachment flanges are provided at outer recesses positioned between the track grooves of the joint outer ring. In this joint, the number of the balls is six, and the pitches of the ball tracks are random, unequal and not less than 55 degree.

A compressing machine includes a press unit for compressing a concentrated sludge within a squeezing chamber to provide a briquette, and a press control unit to control the press unit. The press control unit includes a parameter and compressing speed setting unit, a parameter measuring unit, and a compressing speed control unit. The parameter and compressing speed setting unit is a unit in which a relation between a predetermined parameter that may affect compression performed by the press unit, and a compressing speed of the press unit. The predetermined parameter may include a coolant temperature, ambient temperature or a coolant content and others. The parameter measuring unit is a unit to measure the predetermined parameter. The compressing speed control unit controls, based on a result of measurement by the parameter measuring unit, the compressing speed of the press unit in accordance with a content set in the parameter and compressing speed setting unit.

Grinding sludge compacting machine

A method of and an apparatus for compressing the grinding sludge, which is effective to compress the grinding sludge to provide an intended rigid briquette even though the grinding sludge contains ground chips of hardened iron and/or steel materials and an oil-based coolant and also to facilitate reuse of the briquette (B) as material for production of steel. The grinding sludge containing the oil-based coolant and hardened component parts such as steel component parts that are used in bearings is compressed. To this end, the grinding sludge produced from a grinding line () is filtered by a filtering unit () to provide a concentrated sludge which is subsequently compressed by squeezing by a briquetting machine () to provide the briquette (B). The briquette Bso obtained can be reused as steel material. The coolant separated from the grinding sludge during filtering and squeezing is returned to the grinding line () through recovery passages ().
