According to one embodiment, a conveyor diagnostic device diagnoses an abnormal state of a cyclically moving conveyor. The conveyor diagnostic device includes a first tilt sensor, a second tilt sensor, a table, and a processing unit. The first and second tilt sensors are attached to a predetermined position of the conveyor and detect tilt angles of the conveyor in a vertical direction and horizontal direction, respectively. The table indicates a relationship between a tilt angle which changes in the vertical direction and sections included in one revolution of the conveyor. The processing unit specifies an abnormality occurrence position of the conveyor based on a tilt angle in the vertical direction, the table, and an elapsed time after ingression for a section corresponding to the tilt angle in the vertical direction, when a tilt angle in the horizontal direction exceeds a predetermined management limit value.

Conveyor diagnostic device and conveyor diagnostic system

According to one embodiment, a monitoring/diagnostic apparatus is provided, which is designed for use in a system for monitoring and diagnosing a plurality of object devices. The monitoring/diagnostic apparatus has an agent management module and a diagnostic module. The agent management module is configured to manage agents for collecting operation data of an object device. The diagnostic module uses the operation data collected, thereby to diagnose a problem in the objective device.

Disclosed is a remote monitoring diagnostic system in which a center and monitoring diagnostic units of a number of objects to be monitored are connected by a network. A system for performing remote supervision and diagnosis, having a plurality of local terminals for performing supervision and diagnosis on an object, by executing a mobile program transmitted from a central system. When a disaster occurs and the network is cut, inevitably disconnecting the local terminals from the central system, one of the local terminals is set as a representative local terminal. The representative local terminal collects from the local terminals the maintenance information required for supervising and diagnosing the object.

Each of the monitoring processing systems includes a module for receiving the monitoring and diagnostic software, execution processing module for executing the monitoring and diagnostic software, a module for automatically verifying the monitoring and diagnostic software, and transmitting module.
