To improve the accuracy of detecting a current flowing through an electric compressor after operation of the electric compressor, the electric compressor having a large change in temperature before and after operation. An inverter-integrated electric compressor () that compresses and discharges a refrigerant suctioned therein, includes an inverter device () provided with a circuit board () mounted with an inverter circuit (), the inverter device () being integrally incorporated in an inverter case. The circuit board () is provided with a current detection circuit () that detects an input current flowing through the inverter circuit (), and an offset correction circuit (). The current detection circuit () includes a shunt resistor () that is serially connected to the inverter circuit () and detects a current, and a first amplifier () that amplifies and outputs a voltage appearing as a voltage drop in the shunt resistor (). The offset correction circuit () includes a second amplifier () that performs an offset correction of the first amplifier (). The first amplifier () and the second amplifier () are integrated into a single integrated circuit.

Inverter-integrated electric compressor and circuit board, and method for manufacturing circuit board

A heat exchanger and a heat pump system capable of reducing the amount of a refrigerant that accumulates in an outdoor heat exchanger during heating operation, and of decreasing the appropriate amount of refrigerant during heating operation. A vehicle-external heat exchanger is provided with a hollow first header, a hollow second header provided facing the first header, and a plurality of tubes provided between and communicating with the first header and the second header. The first header is provided with a partition plate that divides the interior of the first header. A first opening formed on a partition plate side between the upper end of the first header and the partition plate. When functioning as an evaporator, the refrigerant is supplied from the lower part of the first header or of the second header, and the first opening serves an outflow port for the refrigerant.

A method for obtaining high-purity phosphorus pentafluoride (PF), which is industrially useful in the fields of semiconductors and batteries, from PFcontaining a gas mixture of HCl, HF, and so on. Specifically, provided is a process for purifying phosphorus pentafluoride including () an immobilization step in which phosphorus pentafluoride containing a mixture is brought into contact with a metal fluoride (MF; M is an n-valent metal) having a specific surface area of 1.0 m/g or more at 40&#xb0; to 150&#xb0; C. to immobilize phosphorus pentafluoride in the form of a hexafluorophosphate (M(PF)), () a separation step in which the mixture remaining in the gas phase is expelled out of the reaction system to separate the mixture from the hexafluorophosphate, and () a heat-decomposition step in which the hexafluorophosphate freed of the mixture is heated at 150&#xb0; to 400&#xb0; C. under a pressure of &#x2212;0.1 to 0.1 MPa&#xb7;G to give phosphorus pentafluoride.

Process for purifying phosphorus pentafluoride

A refrigerant evaporator is provided in which a liquid refrigerant can be evenly distributed to a plurality of refrigerant tubes connected to first and second tanks in a U-turn block to improve heat-exchange performance. In the refrigerant evaporator, one of a plurality of blocks into which a refrigerant supply channel is divided is a U-turn block where a refrigerant flows into one of the first and second tank portions of an upper tank in a direction along a partition wall, flows into the other tank portion, and is distributed and flows from the first and second tank portions into a plurality of refrigerant tubes. The partition wall partitioning the first and second tank portions of the upper tank has a plurality of refrigerant-distributing holes arranged in a longitudinal direction of the partition wall in the U-turn block so that the first tank portion communicates with the second tank portion.

Heat exchanger

At the refrigerant inlet/outlet side surface portion of laminated flat tubes, there is provided a first side refrigerant passage, and in the upper portion of the other side surface portion, there is provided a second side refrigerant passage, and in the lower portion thereof a third side refrigerant passage. A first partition portion is provided in first lower tank portions of the laminated flat tubes, and a second partition portion is provided in second upper tank portions. The first partition portion and the second partition portion respectively divide the laminated first lower tank portions and the second upper tank portions such that the ratio of the number of flat tubes on the refrigerant inlet/outlet side surface portion side, n , to the number of flat tubes on the opposite side surface portion side, n , is approximately 2:1.

Laminate type evaporator

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which a plate-shaped refrigerant flow portion which provides an internal refrigerant flow path by overlaying two flat plates formed by drawing and a cooling fin are alternately layered; and comprising an opening portion provided on each of the flat plates and which is connected with the refrigerant flow path; and a continuous space for the flow of the refrigerant which is provided by connecting the opening portions of adjacent refrigerant flow portions. The refrigerant which flows in the space is distributed to the respective refrigerant flow paths through the opening portions. The heat exchanger further comprises a means for improving the heat exchange capacity, and this means is, for example, a narrowing means which is provided at the upstream end part of the space in order to uniformly distribute the refrigerant to the refrigerant flow paths.

A laminated type heat exchanger including a refrigerant inlet tank and a refrigerant outlet tank. The inlet tank has inlet chambers and a refrigerant passage passing through the inlet chambers, and the outlet tank has outlet chambers and a refrigerant passage passing through the outlet chambers. The heat exchanger includes refrigerant pipes each having one end which is connected to the inlet chamber and the other end which is connected to the outlet chamber, and a refrigerant gate portion for flowing the refrigerant into the inlet tank and from the outlet tank. The heat exchanger also includes a dispersion pipe which is inserted in the inlet tank refrigerant passage. The dispersion pipe is about &frac13; to &frac14; of the length of the inlet tank refrigerant passage, and the sectional area of the dispersion pipe is smaller than that of the inlet tank refrigerant passage. Dispersion holes are formed at the opposite side of the dispersion pipe against the refrigerant pipe, and the size of the dispersion holes increases with the increase in the distance from the gate portion.
