A sealed container comprising a body having a rectangular to square cross section, and an upper reinforcement frame, an intermediate reinforcement frame and a lower reinforcement frame fitting around the body and spaced apart from one another, each of the frames being in the form of a ring conforming to the outer periphery of the body. The intermediate reinforcement frame comprises segments removably joined to one another and including one or two handle forming segments. The handle forming segment is approximately U-shaped when seen from above. The upper reinforcement frame has an upper segment attaching portion, and the lower reinforcement frame has a lower segment attaching portion positioned below the upper attaching portion, so that the handle forming segment(s) can be attached to and interconnect the upper and lower reinforcement frames.

Sealed container

A packaging machine comprising a closed main chamber enclosing a container transport conveyor in its entirety, a closed rear chamber disposed in communication with the main chamber and enclosing a container forming-feeding unit in its entirety, and a group of units including a filling unit, a capping unit, a sealing unit, a marking unit and a container discharge unit which are arranged in series on the top wall of the main chamber from a rear portion thereof toward the front. The group of units have portions operative on containers and extending into the main chamber. Cleaners for cleaning the conveyor, etc. are arranged at required locations within the main chamber.

Packaging machine

A cap heat-sealing apparatus for paper containers comprises a vertically movable head, a fixed pressing member provided on the bottom surface of the head, a pair of divided movable pressing members arranged around the fixed pressing member and connected to the head so as to be horizontally movable toward or away from the fixed pressing member, and a heating high-frequency coil attached to the head and surrounding the fixed pressing member. The fixed pressing member has an outer periphery shaped to position along the inner surfaces of heat-sealing container opening edge fitting portions of inverted V-shaped cross section formed at the outer periphery of a square paper cap, which has an aluminum foil layer. The movable pressing members have an inner periphery shaped to position along the outer surfaces of the fitting portions. The high-frequency coil is spaced apart from the fixed pressing member by a clearance for the fitting portions to enter.

Cap heat-sealing apparatus for paper containers

A container comprising a foldable tubular main body, a bottom portion made of plastic and fixedly attachable to one end of the main body and a mouth portion made of plastic and fixedly attachable to the other end of the main body. The main body consists essentially of an inner plastic layer, an intermediate metal foil and an outer layer.
