An in-wheel motor unit provided in a wheel of a wheel unit, includes: a motor having a rotor disposed on a radially outer side of a stator; a brake disposed on an inner side of the motor; and a housing that accommodates the motor and the brake. Further, the housing has a cylindrical partition that radially partitions a space for accommodating the motor and a space for accommodating the brake, the stator is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the partition, and the brake is disposed on an inner peripheral side of the partition, and a fixing portion included in the brake is fixed to the housing.

The method for producing a magnetic component comprising an amorphous soft magnetic material or nanocrystalline soft magnetic material comprises: a step of preparing a stacked body comprising a plurality of plate-shaped amorphous soft magnetic materials or nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials; a step of heating at least a portion of shearing in the stacked body to a temperature equal to or higher than the crystallization temperature of the soft magnetic materials; and a step of shearing the stacked body at the portion of shearing after the step of heating.

A magnetization device is used which has a coil group configured of a plurality of coils that are disposed side by side in a manner that winding directions of adjacent coils are opposite to each other, the coil group is configured of sub coils at both ends and two or more main coils between the sub coils, and all of the coils are connected in series. Then, the motor housing is contracted as the temperature thereof goes down, whereby the core components are secured such that each of core components is pressed at lateral surfaces thereof against the next core components in the circumferential direction as a result of being pressed by the circular internal surface of the motor housing.
