This display screen turning apparatus includes a first rotation support portion formed to be horizontally rotatable with respect to a base and a second rotation support portion formed to be horizontally rotatable with respect to the base independently of the first rotation support portion, for horizontally rotating a display screen portion by rotating at least either the first rotation support portion or the second rotation support portion.

A projection is formed on the upper edge of the side wall of a front cabinet, a depression is formed on the upper edge of the side wall of a front cover, and a protrusion is formed on the upper edge of the side wall of a rear cabinet. The front cabinet is supported between the front cover and the rear cabinet, such that the projection of the front cabinet is pressed against the depression of the front cover by the protrusion of the rear cabinet and the upper edge of the side wall thereof, and the projection of the front cabinet is locked by the depression of the front cover.

A support structure for supporting a display device includes a base member mounted on a rear surface of the display device, a support member rotatably mounted on the base member that supports the display device in a state in which a lower surface of the display device is in contact with a setting plane and the support member is opened by a predetermined angle with respect to the base member, and a protruded portion formed integrally with an outer surface of the support member and extending in a widthwise direction of the support member, the protruded portion restricting rotation of the support member beyond a supporting position thereof by contact of the protruded portion with the base member when the display device is tilted.

A liquid crystal display device has support leg parts formed in one piece with a rear frame, and a support base part that has a base part formed in one piece with the support leg parts for supporting a printed wiring board. The rear frame and the support leg part are connected to each other through a first curved surface part, and the support leg part and the base part are connected to each other through a second curved surface part. The first curved surface part has a curvature radius greater than that of the second curved surface part, and the support leg part is formed perpendicular to the rear frame.

This display includes a bracket member mounted on a display screen portion and a stand member including a pair of support portions, having an L-shaped cross section, mounted with the bracket member slid from above, while the bracket member includes a pair of first regulating portions regulating downward movement of the bracket member with respect to the stand member by coming into contact with the pair of support portions of the stand member respectively and a pair of second regulating portions regulating anteroposterior movement of the bracket member with respect to the stand member by anteroposteriorly holding the pair of support portions of the stand member respectively.

A support structure for a display device includes a base member fixed to a rear surface of the display device, a support member which is fixed pivotably to the base member and supports the display device in a supporting position in an opened state where the display device is inclined at a predetermined angle and capable of being stored in a closed state, a holding member fixed to the base member including a regulation portion that regulates rotation of the support member beyond the supporting position, a pressure member that presses an end portion of the support member, and a compression coiled spring that urges the pressure member toward the support member. The pressure member includes a protruded portion having a triangular cross section, and inclined surfaces contacting with the support member while pressing the end portion when the support member rotates from the closed state to the opened state.
