Crude oil is discharged from an oil tank. A nozzle is inserted into a support opening formed in advance on a roof of the oil tank. A cleaning liquid containing LCO is injected from the nozzle over the sludge accumulated inside the oil tank after the crude oil is discharged from the oil tank. The cleaning liquid in which the sludge is dissolved is discharged from the oil tank and is returned to the oil tank for recycle cleaning. Subsequently, the cleaning liquid in which the sludge is dissolved is discharged from the oil tank.

Cleaning method of oil tank and cleaning device of same

A catalyst loading device configured to rotationally spread a catalyst in a reactor includes: a rotor disposed in the reactor and configured to be rotated; a feeder configured to feed the catalyst to the rotor; and an air delivery unit configured to generate an air flow along the catalyst fed to the rotor. The rotor is disposed to a lower end of a cylinder that is concentric with a rotary shaft of the rotor. The cylinder includes: a delivery air feed pipe configured to generate the air flow of delivery air; and a throttle mechanism configured to regulate the delivery air.

An unloading device includes: a separator connected to a suction hose connected to the reactor and to another suction hose connected to a vacuum car, the separator separating a catalyst sucked from the reactor by the vacuum car from air; a flexible container bag for storing the catalyst dropped from the separator; and a dumping hose provided between the separator and the flexible container bag for transferring the catalyst dropped from the separator to the flexible container bag. The separator includes a blower unit for blowing a gas to the catalyst unloaded in the separator body toward a lower cone and a cover that openably closes a catalyst outlet.

Cooling method of hydrotreating plant and cooling unit therefor

Accordingly, the catalyst can be unloaded only by throwing the catalyst into the dumping pipe ( ), thereby improving work efficiency. Furthermore, no special apparatus such as a vacuum apparatus is unnecessary, thereby reducing cost for the special apparatus.

Dumping device of catalyst inside reactor and dumping method using the same

A repairing method of a petroleum refining plant for efficiently conducting cleaning process of process equipment and pipings, unloading process of agglomerated catalyst, rinsing work of the process equipment and the pipings, thereby reducing plant shutdown time, preventing stress-corrosion cracking by polythionic acid, improving production efficiency, ensuring work safety and reducing production cost, is provided. For the object, the repairing method of the petroleum refining plant of the present invention has a first step of cleaning the process equipment and the pipings and softening agglomerated catalyst inside the process equipment, second step of rinsing the process equipment and the pipings and coating a surface of the softened catalyst by a coating agent, and third step of dumping the coated catalyst from the process equipment and re-rinsing the process equipment and the pipings. Accordingly, respective work can be efficiently conducted, the plant shutdown time can be reduced, the stress-corrosion cracking by the polythionic acid can be prevented, and work safety, reduction of maintenance cost and improvement of production efficiency can be ensured.

Method of cleaning and maintaining petroleum refining plants

In a hydrogen treating plant which includes a recycle gas line having a reactor for regenerating a hydrogen sulfide by hydrogenating sulfur and an H2S absorber for absorbing the hydrogen sulfide generated in the reactor, and includes the liquid cyclic line circulating liquid for absorbing the hydrogen sulfide in the H2S absorber therein, a refrigerant unit provided in the liquid cyclic line which is lower temperature and lower pressure relative to the recycle gas line.

The present invention relates to a method of unloading a catalyst from a reactor wherein the reactor is filled with mixed liquid of condensed ring aromatic hydrocarbon having a required number of ring members, i.e. preferably 2 to 4 ring members, and gas oil, to wet the catalyst so as to form a coating of film on the catalyst before unloading the catalyst from the reactor.
