The present disclosure provides a connection terminal and a connector capable of suppressing a temperature increase during energization. A vehicle-side connectorincludes a vehicle-side terminalmade of metal and a heat storage bodyheld in the vehicle-side terminal. Connection terminal and connector

A shield connector () includes a housing () with a spring accommodating portion () open on a facing surface (), a fixing plate () to be fixed to the housing () and mounted on a case wall (), and springs () to be arranged inside the spring accommodating portion (). Each spring () includes a first support () and a second support () to be supported on the housing () and a resilient deformation portion () convexly curved toward the facing surface () and having a convex tip serving as a contact () projecting out from an opening of the housing () and to be brought into contact with the device-side terminal (). The resilient deformation portion () includes slits () extending from a side connected to one of the first and second supports () toward an opposite side across the contact portion ().

Connector

A connector C to be mounted on a case of a device includes a coated wireformed such that a coreis coated with an insulation coating, a terminal fittingto be fit and connected to a mating terminal, a flexible conductorinterposed between the terminal fittingand an end of the coated wire, and a housingmade of synthetic resin and accommodating the terminal fittingtogether with the flexible conductor. The coreof the coated wireis provided with a core fixing portionintegrated with the coreand the core fixing portionis embedded in the housingby molding.

A female terminal () includes a tubular portion () into which a male terminal () is to be inserted, a plurality of first resilient pieces () projecting inwardly of the tubular portion () from a bottom wall () of the tubular portion () and arranged side by side in a direction intersecting with an inserting direction of the male terminal () into the tubular portion (), and a plurality of contact portions () arranged at positions of the tubular portion () respectively corresponding to the plurality of first resilient pieces () and configured to sandwich the male terminal () between the plurality of resilient pieces () and the contact portions.
