[Problem] To provide a system for recovering carbon dioxide from flue gas, in which a reboiler in a regenerator can be compactly installed, and a method therefor, in facilities where COor the like contained in flue gas is recovered. [Solving Means] To include an absorberthat absorbs COcontained in flue gas, a regeneratorthat strips COfrom COabsorbent (rich solution)to regenerate absorbent, internal shellsprovided at a bottom of the regeneratorwith a predetermined interval therebetween, into which regenerated COabsorbent is introduced by a feeding unitfrom a bottom side thereof so that the COabsorbent overflows from an upper end of the internal shell thereof toward the bottom of the regenerator, and a reboiler that is inserted into the internal shellsin a direction orthogonal to a vertical axis and includes a heat-transfer tubethat reboils absorbent. Steam separated from COabsorbent reboiled by the heat-transfer tubeis transferred to an upper part of a regenerator, condensed absorbent is caused to overflow from an upper end of the internal shell and to be discharged from a bottom side of a regenerator, and the absorbent is fed to the absorberas regenerated COabsorbent (lean solution)

To include an absorber () that brings COabsorbent that absorbs COcontained in flue gas () into contact with the flue gas to remove COfrom the flue gas, a regenerator () that strips COfrom COabsorbent (rich solution), which is fed from the absorber through a first feed line Land has absorbed CO, to regenerate COabsorbent, thereby acquiring regenerated COabsorbent (lean solution) (), falling film reboilers (-and-) that draw off COabsorbent (amine solution) () from near the bottom of the regenerator and reheats regenerated COabsorbent via steam (), a first liquid-vapor separator () that separates the COabsorbent reheated by the falling film reboilers into regenerated COabsorbent in which COhas been removed and vapor containing CO, and a second feed line Lfor supplying the separated regenerated COabsorbent to the absorber.

Provided is a dehydrator that requires no excessively large apparatus structure and achieves cost-saving while maintaining suction efficiency at a desired level by use of suction means. A dehydratorfor separating water from a target liquidincludes at least two water separation membrane units 1andwhich are provided in series in a flow direction of the target liquid. The water separation membrane uniton an upstream side out of the water separation membrane unitsandis connected to suction meansfor sucking a gas phase containing water through one condenser, and the one condensercondenses water in the gas phase and thereby separates the water. The gas phase sucked by the suction meansfrom the one condenseris transferred to at least one downstream condenserprovided downstream of the one condenser, and the downstream condensercondenses water in the gas phase and thereby separates the water. The water separation membrane uniton a downstream side of the water separation membrane unitis connected to a steam ejector, and the condenserfor condensing water in a gas phase passed through the steam ejectorcondenses water and thereby separates the water.
