The interaction initiate message includes a request to provide a particular resource to a user in the real world, identity token indicating the identities of the user and the entity, and interaction token indicating information on providing the particular resource to the user. The virtual environment device communicates an interaction request message to the entity device, where the interaction request message includes portion(s) of the interaction initiate message and an authentication token that is generated based on user physical attributes and avatar virtual attributes. The system verifies that the user initiated the interaction initiate message based on evaluating the authentication token. In response, the system provides the requested resource to the user.
