A binding wrapper including a first generally stiff end component, a second generally stiff end component spaced apart from the first end component, and a connecting component extending between the first and second end components. The connecting component includes at least a portion of elastic material, and the first and second end components are releasably attachable together such that the wrapper is formable into a closed loop.

Binding wrapper

A notebook including a stack of papers and a pouch having generally the same size and shape in top view as the stack of papers, the pouch including an inner cavity in which loose objects can be stored. The notebook further includes a binding mechanism binding the stack of papers and the pouch together, wherein at least part of the binding mechanism extends through the stack of papers and the pouch to bind the stack of papers and the pouch.

An insert for being coupled to coil, the insert comprising a piece of sheet-like material having an inner edge and a plurality of wings. Each wing has a central stem extending outwardly from the inner edge and a pair of tip portions located on opposed sides of the central stem. Each tip portion extends inwardly toward the inner edge to define a coil receiving portion located between the stem and the associated tip portion. Each coil receiving portion is shaped and located to receive a turn of the coil therein to couple the insert to the coil.

An adapter for coupling a piece of paper having a plurality of holes to a binding coil, the adapter comprising a strip of material having a plurality of attachment components. Each attachment component is shaped to be passed through one of the plurality of holes of the paper to couple the paper to the strip. The strip of material further has a quick attachment feature for releasably coupling the strip to the coil.
