An apparatus may be configured to: receive, from a network, an indication of one or more sets of ports, wherein the one or more sets of ports are grouped; receive, from the network, at least one parameter for port interference detection, wherein the at least one parameter for port interference detection comprises at least one of: a scrambled cyclic redundancy code, a number of interfered ports, a set index for a set of at least one of the one or more sets of ports, or an indication of a selected set of the one or more sets of ports; and determine the set of at least one of the one or more sets of ports based, at least partially, on the at least one parameter for port interference detection.

Efficient signaling for MU-MIMO enhanced receivers

A method performed at a node is described. In response to receipt of a signal in a channel in the unlicensed spectrum, the node initiates a scan on one of the channels in the unlicensed spectrum to determine whether the channel is available for transmitting a response. Based on the channel being available, a response is transmitted that comprises information regarding the quality of the channel and the quality of other channels in the unlicensed spectrum along with an indication as to whether the signal was successfully received and decoded.

Communicating between nodes in the unlicensed spectrum

An apparatus such as a user equipment configured to support an irregular bandwidth signal. The apparatus comprising multiple means for frequency translating a wireless communication signal in a frequency bandwidth that is different to a predefined bandwidth and for filtering said frequency translated wireless communication signals. Means for adjusting a centre frequency used by the multiple means for frequency translating; and control means. The control means being responsive to receipt of a signal indicating a wireless communication network is currently supporting an irregular channel bandwidth, said irregular channel bandwidth covering two partially overlapping regular channel bandwidths each having said predefined bandwidth, to route a received wireless communication signal to each of the multiple means for frequency translating and to control the means for adjusting to set a respective centre frequency of the multiple means for frequency translating such that said centre frequency of each of the multiple means for frequency translating is offset with respect to each other.

Irregular bandwidth support at a user equipment

An apparatus, method, computer program product and system for: receiving information relating to available connections in a wireless network, the wireless network including at least one access node and at least one sidelink device, collecting information relating to a mobility pattern of at least one moveable device within a predetermined area covered by the wireless network, establishing a first data connection to the wireless network for the moveable device, predicting, based on the mobility pattern of the moveable device and the information relating to the wireless network, a second data connection to be established to the wireless network for the moveable device, and sending, in response to determining that at least one criterion related to the first data connection is fulfilled, a request to the at least one access node to activate the at least one sidelink device for providing the second data connection.

Activating a sidelink device for providing a data connection

A UE receives configuration for interference mitigation pattern(s) indicating which resource elements in a time-frequency resource space should be measured. The UE performs interference measurements based on the received one or more interference mitigation patterns. A network node determines configuration for interference mitigation pattern(s0 indicating which resource elements in a time-frequency resource space should be measured by a user equipment. The network node sends, toward the user equipment, the configuration for use by the user equipment to perform interference measurements of the one or more interference mitigation patterns.

There is provided generating, at a cell configured for a first air interface protocol, a reference signal based on a cell identifier for a second air interface protocol. At the cell configured for the first air interface protocol it is determined an air interface resource allocation for the first air interface protocol based on the cell identifier for the second air interface protocol. The cell configured for the first air interface protocol transmits the generated reference signal according to the determined air interface resource allocation.
