The present invention relates to a microneedle system (MNS) for intradermally delivering solutions or formulations. The invention relates to a microneedle system, comprising a cover element (), an active substance container (), a frame (), a microneedle array (MNA) () and a base plate (), wherein the microneedle array (MNA) () is connected to the frame (), and the base plate () has an opening for receiving the microneedle array (), the cover element () and the base plate () are movably connected to one another, the base plate () is joined to a surgical tape (), and the frame () and the base plate () can be linearly displaced with respect to one another. The MNS according to the invention is suitable for intradermally administering medicinal drugs, active substances, pharmaceutical or cosmetic compositions or other substances to an individual, and preferably to a patient, over an extended period.

Microneedle system for administering liquid formulations

A disposable injector with a piston actuation ram is mounted in a housing, is loaded by a spring energy accumulator and can be unlocked by a displaceable trigger device. The piston actuation ram can be supported by a tensioning rod mounted in the housing. The trigger device comprises a trigger ring displaceable relative to the housing. The tensioning rod can be supported directly or indirectly by a bearing surface of the trigger ring. The bearing surface encloses an angle of between ten degrees and forty five degrees with the longitudinal direction of the disposable injector. The point of the angle lies offset with respect to the trigger ring in the triggering direction of the disposable injector. A disposable injector with increased trigger reliability is developed.

A microneedle system and method for production thereof. From a board a web grating is produced which has a plurality of grating nodes each defined by three apertures and which has web grating wedges. The microneedle system comprising a board and a plurality of openings delimited circumferentially by a web grating, having at each opening at least one web grating wedge having a needle-shaped tip which projects from the board and which is oriented at least approximately normal to the board. Web grating wedges having needle-shaped tips protrude into each aperture from at least three different directions. In order to produce openings, at least all the web grating wedges which protrude into an aperture are bent by a punch and the needle-shaped tips thereof are oriented normal to the plane of the web grating. At least two web grating wedges are arranged at each opening.
