The invention concerns a magnetic valve controlled fuel injection device for internal combustion engines, in which a fuel pump is driven by a drive element from the cylinder head camshaft and is located separately from a fuel nozzle and connected thereto by a relatively short exposed injection pipe; and wherein the fuel pump or nozzle forms a structural unit jointly with the magnetic valve, which controls the beginning and end of pumping as a function of operating parameters of the internal combustion engine; and wherein this unit is secured to the cylinder head in such a way that at least one casing part of the aid pump, facing away from the drive element, and the magnetic valve are located outside the space enclosed by the cylinder head and the cylinder head cover.

Magnetic valve controlled injection device

The invention relates to a fuel injection pump for internal-combustion engines having element pistons that are arranged in the pump housing and are guided in element sleeves in a longitudinally slidable way, each of said element pistons having a collar with flattened areas that in a torsionally fixed but axially slidable way is guided in a control sleeve that is connected with the control rod of the fuel injection pump and is disposed on the element sleeve so that it can be turned. In order to eliminate the play between the control sleeve and the element piston, a spring is provided between the collar of the element piston and the control sleeve that rests flexibly against it, or the control sleeve is designed to be slotted in such a way that it elastically reaches around the element piston.

Fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines

A fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines, with the nozzle including a spring loaded nozzle needle guided in a nozzle body and controlling an injection orifice. An annular chamber is formed on the side of the nozzle needle facing away from the injection orifice, with the annular chamber being formed by the nozzle needle and nozzle body along with an intermediate member of the injection nozzle. The intermediate member includes a needle stop for the nozzle needle. An elastic sealing ring is guided on the nozzle needle and is arranged in the annular chamber. The sealing ring is supported against a surface forming the needle stop.
