This invention relates to diaminoarylsulfones of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, and R.sub.3 are independently C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 alkyl, that are useful as chain extenders in the preparation of polyurethane elastomers.
