Techniques are disclosed herein for providing guidance for autonomous vehicles in areas of low network connectivity, such as rural areas. According to an embodiment, a guidance system receives a request to exchange data with a vehicle within a specified radius thereof over a wireless connection (e.g., a radio frequency protocol-based connection). The data is stored by the guidance system and is indicative of navigation information within the specified radius. The guidance system transmits the stored data to the vehicle. The guidance system also receives, from the vehicle, data indicative of navigation information for a path previously passed by the vehicle.

Technologies for providing guidance for autonomous vehicles in areas of low network connectivity

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to collect and analyze driver rating information. An example apparatus includes at least one of an audio input device or a video input device to collect at least one of audio or video; a rating input device to receive a rating associated with a person; a first rating analyzer to analyze the at least one of the audio or the video to determine demographic information for the person; and a second rating analyzer to: analyze the demographic information, the rating, and historical rating information to detect a demographic trend in the rating information; and output an indication of the trend.

Methods and apparatus to collect and analyze rating information

Particular embodiments described herein provide for a system that can be configured to initialize a gateway, assign a range of tunnel endpoint identifiers (TEID) to the gateway, where the range of TEIDs are associated with the gateway, and communicate the range of TEIDs to routers, where each TEID in the range of TEIDs is used to by the router to route packets to the gateway. In an example, the range of TEIDS associated with the gateway are assigned to the gateway when the gateway was initialized and the gateway assigns the TEID for the session.

Scaling mobile gateways in a 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) network

An automated method to verify a block record for a digital ledger involves a first validation node (FVN) which receives a block record from a second validation node (SVN). The block record comprises a digital signature for the block record. In response to receiving the block record, the FVN automatically obtains a node identifier for the SVN, based on the digital signature for the block record. The first validator node uses the node identifier for the SVN to determine whether the SVN belongs to a validation group that comprises the FVN. The FVN uses an attestation service to determine whether the node identifier for the SVN belongs to a node with a trusted processor. The FVN determines whether the digital signature for the block record was created with a private key that corresponds to the node identifier for the SVN.
