The apparatuses, systems, and methods may include an actuation wire coupled to the expandable device at one or more locations thereon, the actuation wire being configured to steer the expandable device during delivery.

An endoprosthesis constraining sleeve includes a single sheet of material forming at least two folds, and a common bond line constraining the single sheet of material to maintain the at least two folds and to form at least two discrete lumens.
