A deflection fitting for a safety belt is provided, comprising an attachment section having an eyelet, a deflection web, and bent connection sections provided at each axial end of the deflection web and connecting the deflection web to the attachment section so that a closed ring is formed which surrounds a feed-through slot for a safety belt. The attachment section, the deflection web and the bent connection sections are formed integrally as a diecast part made of aluminium or an aluminium alloy.

Deflection fitting for a safety belt

A deflector fitting for safety belts comprises a stirrup member which is provided with two parallel limbs. A pin is arranged between the two limbs. On this pin a roller is mounted by means of two bearings which are arranged at axial ends of the roller. The roller is provided with an increased wall thickness between the bearings. This increased wall thickness forms at least one support structure closely spaced from and surrounding the pin.

Deflector fitting for safety belts

Deflection device for a safety belt which, at one end region, is rolled up in an automatic wind-up device, and is provided at the other end with a lock. An in-between-portion of the belt is routed over a fixed rounded deflection bar. The part of the device which serves for securing it, and the deflection crossbar which has rounded bends at least in the region of the deflection crossbar is formed by a metal stamping.

Deflection device for safety belts

Deflection device for a safety belt which has one end attached to an automatic winder and the other end of the belt adapted for locking engagement. Between the automatic winder and the lock, the belt is routed over a fixed rounded deflection cross bar. The deflection crossbar and at least a portion of the deflection device for securing it to the vehicle constitute one continuous piece of metal made of a single piece of bent tube material.
