A device produces and fills containers, in which at least one hose of plasticized plastic material emerging from an extrusion head () can be extruded into an opened mold. A filling device () can be used to at least introduce the filling material into the relevant container by filling mandrels (), which, at least during operation, extend through the extrusion head () along at least one row of passages (). The extrusion head () has a cuboid shell (). The overall height (H) of the extrusion head (), viewed in parallel to the orientation of the relevant filling mandrel (), is smaller than the length (L) of the extrusion head (), viewed along the pertinent row of passages ().

Device for producing and filling containers

A container has a head piece (). The container can be or is filled with a medium and is produced of plastic materials using a blow molding, filling, and sealing method. A transition region () is between the container () and a first type of a head surface () arranged on the head piece () at an end face, can be penetrated by a piercing or cutting part and extends with a specifiable curvature. A second type of a head surface () has a specifiable curvature, which is the same as the curvature of the head surface () of the first type, but preferably is different from it and is present on the head piece (). The head surfaces transition into each other such that a whole surface is formed, which whole surface spans the free end of the transition region () directed away from the container (). The head piece () is an integral component of the container ().

A transfer system for containers includes first and second containers (), (), which can be interconnected in a media-transferring way by a connection (). The connection has a transfer device (), when held in a locked position by a lock (), prevents an exchange of media, and permits the exchange in an unlocked position in which the transfer device () is guided longitudinally movably in a seat () of the connection () for a transfer operation. The lock () is transferable to an unlocked position by the movement of at least one of the containers (). The additional controls () are present on the respective movable container (), at least partially enclose the outer periphery of this container () and actuate the lock () of the transfer device () to unlock.

A transfer system for containers comprises at least a first container () and at least a second container () that can be interconnected in a media-transferring way by a connection system (). An encryption system () is provided to allow or prevent a media-transferring connection between the respective assignable containers ().
