Device and process for removing a fibrous material web from a drying section of a machine for producing and/or refining the fibrous material web and into a catch device. The drying section includes heated drying cylinders, guidance rolls, and at least one drying wire arranged such that the fibrous material web is guided through the drying section over the heated drying cylinders and the guidance rolls at least predominately by the at least one drying wire. The device includes at least one controllable separating device arranged to at least reduce an adhesion force between the fibrous material web and the at least one drying wire.

Removal device

Process and apparatus for winding a material web onto a reel spool to produce a wound reel. The process includes producing the material web, online smoothing of the produced material web, guiding the smoothed material web over a reel drum and through a nip formed between the reel drum and one of the reel spool and the wound reel, maintaining contact between the reel drum and the one of the reel spool and the wound reel, and reeling file smoothed material web while transversely moving at least one of the reel drum and the one of the reel spool and the wound reel relative to a web travel direction. The apparatus includes a web production facility, an online smoothing device, a reel drum, and a reel spool. A nip is formed between the reel drum and one of the reel spool and the wound reel, and the reel drum and the one of the reel spool and the wound roll are arranged to maintain contact during a winding procedure. At least one device is arranged to move at least one of the reel drum and the one of the reel spool and the wound reel transversely to a web run direction.

Process and winding machine for winding a material web

Process and apparatus for dewatering a fibrous material web. The process includes guiding the fibrous material web through a dewatering zone, and directing a plurality of gas pressure pulses of a pressurized displacement gas one after the other onto a surface of the fibrous material web within the dewatering zone. The apparatus includes a device for forming a plurality of gas pressure pulses which are arranged one after the other within the dewatering zone. The plurality of gas pressure pulses are directed onto a surface of the fibrous material web.

The apparatus includes at least one pressure chamber formed by at least four substantially parallel rolls, a device arranged to introduce a pressurized gas into the at least one pressure chamber, and the at least four substantially parallel rolls being displaceable relative to one another to change an effective area of the at least one pressure chamber. The material web is guided through the at least one pressure chamber. The process includes pressurizing at least one pressure chamber with a gas medium, guiding the material web through the pressure chamber, driving water out of the material web using gas pressure within the at least one pressure chamber, and changing an effective area of the pressure chamber so as to adjust a dewatering capacity.

Device for dewatering a material web

A winding machine and process for winding a material web onto a reel. The material web is guided around a carrying drum, in which a nip is formed between the carrying drum and the reel. One of the reel and the carrying drum may be cyclically inclined in relation to a travel direction of the material web by a drive device or press device in order to achieve an axial changing of the material web in a winding roll.

Method and apparatus for winding a material web

A sealing device and process for laterally sealing at least one overpressure zone or underpressure zone adjacent to an actuating surface in a paper-making machine. The sealing device has at least one sealing element arranged movably at least locally in an intake area of a support. The sealing element is loaded with a sealing or opposing force in order to place it against the actuating surface. A stopping element is fixed at a distance from the actuating surface which limits the seating motion of the sealing element.
