The invention relates to a cosmetic brush having a handle with the longitudinal axis LH and having a brush applicator adjoining the handle; the brush applicator is composed of a bending element that is flexible in at least one plane, has a longitudinal axis LS, and has a set of bristles composed of a plurality of bristles that are integrally injection-molded onto its distal end, whose longitudinal axes LB extend (entirely or essentially) parallel to the longitudinal axis LS.

The cosmetics unit () comprises a storage container () for accommodating a cosmetic substance, an applicator-handle part () with an applicator () that can be dipped into the cosmetic substance and a handle () connected with the applicator (), as well as a securing mechanism () for detachably securing the applicator-handle part () in a closed position in which the applicator () is inserted into the storage container (). The securing mechanism () comprises a swiveling element () that can be swiveled about a swiveling axis (), which retains, in a final swiveling position, the applicator-handle part () in the closed position. The swiveling element () is mounted directly on the storage container or on a separate bearing mount () attached to the storage container ().

In the case of a cosmetic unit, including a container for holding a cosmetic, a closure cap for the container, and an applicator, which is arranged on the closure cap and is intended for applying the cosmetic, wherein two such cosmetic units can be connected to each other via a coupling device, the cosmetic unit has a coupling device which is formed on the closure cap and is intended for connection to a second cosmetic unit having a corresponding coupling device, wherein the coupling device has a coupling recess which extends perpendicularly to the central longitudinal axis of the cosmetic unit and the inner wall of which forms at least one undercut, and a coupling projection which is of complementary design to the coupling recess in such a manner that the coupling projection of a first cosmetic unit can be pushed, by a pushing movement of the cosmetic units which are to be connected, into the coupling recess of the second cosmetic unit and, in the pushed-in state, is held there in an interlocking manner.

The invention relates to a container for receiving a liquid cosmetic product, in particular a colored cosmetic product for the lips, eyelids, fingernails or the like. A transparent or translucent material is provided as container material. The container is of a two-piece design comprising a first container element and a second container element, wherein the first and the second container element are securely joined together in a liquid-tight manner. The first container element has an inner wall with a profile.

In an applicator, in particular for a lip cosmetic, comprising a spattle-like base body injected from plastic, it is provided that the base body has a spattle-like form, wherein, starting from the stem towards the outer end, the thickness decreases, in particular tapers progressively curved.

In a mascara brush comprising a plurality of bristles which project radially outwards from an oblong core, with the bristles having varying lengths such that a first number of longer bristles, by their tips, form an outer envelope and a second number of shorter bristles, by their tips, form an inner envelope, it is provided, according to the invention with a view to varying application properties being obtained along the bristle trimming, that the envelope of the shorter bristles is conical, double-conical, convex or concave or a combination thereof.
