The present invention relates to improved procoagulant antibodies including bispecific antibodies capable of binding to coagulation Factor IX (FIX) or the activated form thereof Factor IXa (FIXa) and optionally Factor X (FX) and the activated form thereof Factor Xa (FXa) and promoting FX activation by FIXa, antibodies binding their epitopes and methods and composition for treating subjects suffering from a coagulopathy such as haemophilia A.

Factor X binders enhancing FX activation

The present invention relates to multispecific procoagulant antibodies capable of binding to coagulation Factor IX (FIX) and/or the activated form thereof Factor IXa (FIXa), and Factor X (FX) and/or the activated form thereof Factor Xa (FXa) and promoting FX activation by FIXa, antibodies binding their epitopes or parts thereof and methods and composition for treating subjects suffering from a coagulopathy such as haemophilia A as well as kits, methods of manufacture and methods of use.

The present invention provides a fusion compound comprising a procoagulant compound and an immunoglobulin constant region or a portion thereof and methods of making and using the fusion compound. The fusion compounds of the present disclosure are useful for the treatment of coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia. In some aspects, the invention includes a method of reducing or preventing aggregates which comprise a procoagulant compound comprising fusing the procoagulant compound to an immunoglobulin constant region or a portion thereof wherein the procoagulant compound comprises an amino acid sequence. In another embodiment, the fusion compound forms less aggregates compared to a compound consisting of the procoagulant compound.
