An anti-spin arrangement for a gyratory crusher including at least one seal element configured to provide sealing of the top bearing of the gyratory crusher and at least one anti-spin element configured to reduce the spinning of the head of the crusher. The arrangement further includes a first adjustment element and a second adjustment element, wherein the at least one seal element and the at least one anti-spin element are configured to be individually adjusted with the first adjustment element and the second adjustment element respectively. A gyratory crusher, a mineral material processing plant and a method of adjusting an anti-spin arrangement of a gyratory crusher are also disclosed.

Anti-spin arrangement

A cone crusher, including a supporting device being arranged inside a cavity of a main shaft of the crusher. The supporting device is arranged to support a crushing head, and to be vertically displaceable for adjusting the width of a crushing gap. The supporting device has an upper portion enclosed by the crushing head, the upper portion being arranged to provide support to the crushing head. A lower portion extends downwards within the cavity of the main shaft, wherein the upper portion and the lower portion have different outer dimensions as defined transverse to the shaft axis. A pressure-active surface is formed at a transition between the upper portion and the lower portion so as to form a variable-volume compression chamber within the cavity below the pressure-active surface.

Cone crusher

A mineral material processing plant, a crusher, a lubrication method and system, the system including a thrust bearing, a lubrication piston and adjusting piston arranged to be movable in a cylinder. The piston includes a first space configured to receive fluid and to continuously conduct the fluid to the thrust bearing. The cylinder and the piston define therebetween a second space configured to receive and hold fluid. The system is configured to, in response to detecting a downward movement of the piston, conduct fluid to the first space.

Lubrication system

A cone or gyratory crusher, including a slip ring, a crusher head, and a first sealing member, arranged between the slip ring and the crusher head, defining a first space above the first sealing member. A first flexible member is connected to the first sealing member and defines a second space below the first sealing member.

Dust sealing

An adjusting apparatus of a feed opening of a crushing chamber of a crusher includes one or more adjusting parts arranged in connection with the feed opening, which one or more adjusting parts is/are movable during crushing for adjusting a flow area of material which is to be crushed and is flowing through the feed opening to the crushing chamber. The front edges of the adjusting parts form a unitary flow opening, the flow area of which is adjustable by moving one or more adjusting parts. An adjusting system includes the adjusting apparatus for a feed opening of a crushing chamber of a crusher. A method for adjusting a pressing crusher or a crushing plant suitable for mineral material crushing. A method for avoiding a start peak of a crusher. A method for limiting power intake and/or crushing pressure of a crusher.

Adjusting apparatus, adjusting system, crusher, crushing plant and method for adjusting the crusher

A method, crusher, computer program and crushing plant, in which bridging generated on an arm is detected in a crusher that has a body, an outer wear part fixed to the body, an outer wear part fixed to the body; a support cone rotatable inside the body via a main shaft); an inner wear part on a cone surface of the support cone; and a support of the support cone. The support contains a group of arms inside the body and extending inwards from the body; a main shaft radially supported to the arms; and a thrust bearer supported by the arms for supporting the main shaft and for axially supporting the support cone via the main shaft. The crusher crushes mineral material between the inner wear part and the outer wear part. Measurement information is received describing stress of the support of the support cone; and bridging formed onto an arm is detected from the measurement information.

Detection of bridging in gyratory or cone crusher

A method for lifting an inner wear part of a gyratory or cone crusher and an inner wear part lifting tool for use with the method. The gyratory or cone crusher has a frame, an outer wear part fixable to the frame and the inner wear part fixable to a support cone of the crusher which outer and inner wear part define a crushing chamber. The inner wear part has an inner surface including a first inner support surface arranged, in a crushing phase, to be supported by a first counter surface of the support cone. In a first phase, a lifting arm of a lifting tool is arranged inside the inner wear part and under the inner surface of the inner wear part. In a second phase, an upper second counter surface of the lifting arm is coupled with a second inner support surface of the inner wear part.

Method for lifting an inner wear part of a gyratory or cone crusher, an inner wear part, a gyratory or cone crusher and an inner wear part lifting tool

A crusher is disclosed having a rotatable eccentric, a main shaft supported to the eccentric, a piston for adjusting the vertical position of the main shaft and an axial thrust bearing between the lower end of the main shaft and the piston. The thrust bearing has an upper bearing attached to the lower end of the main shaft, a lower bearing attached to the piston, and a pressure plate between the upper bearing and the lower bearing. A circular groove or expansion is formed onto the pressure plate. A releasing member is attached to a crusher structure outside of the pressure plate. The releasing member has a circular lip directed to the direction of the pressure plate. Part of the lip is in the groove or above the part of the extension. The releasing member is attached to the piston.

Crusher, mineral material crushing plant and method for handling a thrust bearing in a crusher

A mineral material crusher and method of operating a mineral material crusher that includes: a body, a rotating crusher element, a drive shaft arrangement that supports the rotating crusher element to the body and to rotate the rotating crusher element, and a motor including a rotor for driving the drive shaft arrangement. The motor is formed inside the rotating crusher element and the drive shaft arrangement is configured to form of the rotor a rotating axle that is rigidly coupled with the rotating crusher element and capable of leading torque from the rotor to the rotating crusher element for rotating the crusher element around the drive shaft.

A cone crusher having a frame, an outer blade adapted to be locked to the frame, an inner blade eccentrically and vertically movable relative to the outer blade, and the inner blade and the outer blade define there between a crushing chamber, a main shaft which is stationary relative to the frame, an eccentric bearing-mounted on the main shaft, a support cone on which the inner blade is arranged, and an adjustment shaft by means of which the support cone is vertically movable from below. A hollow space is arranged inside the main shaft, the adjustment shaft is arranged to the hollow space, a load cylinder is arranged to a lower end of the main shaft which load cylinder comprises an adjustment piston acting to a lower end of the adjustment shaft, a pressure medium supply is arranged to a pressure volume under the adjustment piston for moving vertically the adjustment shaft, and a lubricant supply is arranged above the adjustment piston for directing lubricant via the hollow space to targets to be lubricated. The main shaft is fixed stationary to the frame such that the lower end of the main shaft extends outside the frame under the frame and that the lubricant supply is arranged from outside to the outside extending part of the main shaft and through the main shaft to the hollow space.

The fastening of a mantel to a head of a cone crusher with a fastening device. A first part of the fastening device is fastened to the head of the cone crusher. A second part of the fastening device is situated against the mantel and the second part is forced towards the first part with a tightening means.

Fastening device, a cone crusher and a method for fastening an inner crushing blade to a head of a cone crusher

A crusher comprising at least a main shaft having an axial line and being mounted on the inner frame of the crusher, an eccentric comprising at least a first eccentric bushing and a second eccentric bushing, a first crushing blade, and a second crushing blade. The first crushing blade is fitted to move along an eccentric path, which path can be adjusted by changing the mutual position of the first eccentric bushing and the second eccentric bushing of the eccentric. The second eccentric bushing comprises a gear transmission for rotating the eccentric, and the crusher comprises adjusting means for changing the mutual position of the gear transmission of the first eccentric bushing and the gear transmission of the second eccentric bushing.

Wobble stroke adjustment of a cone crusher

A crusher and a method for controlling a crusher having a first crushing member and a second crushing member defining a crusher setting of a crushing cavity into which material to be crushed is being fed. The method having the steps of: measuring continuously instantaneous load on the crusher; recording instantaneous load peaks exceeding a predetermined target level for the load peaks; keeping track of the number of the load peaks exceeding the predetermined target level during a predetermined period of time; and controlling loading of the crusher on the basis of the number of the load peaks experienced by the crusher during the predetermined period of time.
