Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining a reference data set comprising a plurality of reference data records, wherein the reference data set is associated with a cloud infrastructure, and wherein each of the reference data records comprises a reference network name associated with one of a plurality of reference networks that is configured within the cloud infrastructure and a corresponding reference Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) identifier for the one of the plurality of reference networks that is configured within the cloud infrastructure; obtaining an input data set comprising a plurality of input data records, wherein the input data set is associated with the cloud infrastructure, and wherein each of the input data records comprises a network name associated with one of a plurality of networks that is being considered for configuration within the cloud infrastructure and a corresponding VLAN identifier for the one of the plurality of networks that is being considered for configuration within the cloud infrastructure; analyzing the reference data records and the input data records in order to identify a set of one or more errors; and tagging one or more records in the input data set with each corresponding occurrence of each error. Method and apparatus for performing network identification verification

A method includes receiving, at a messaging server from a first device associated with a first user, an update message to change a meeting from a first time to a second time. The message is directed to a second user. The method also includes, without receipt of a response to the update message from a device associated with the second user and in response to a current time being less than a particular time from the second time, selecting a set of devices associated with the second user and sending an alert regarding the meeting from the messaging server to each device of the set of devices. The set of devices identify devices that satisfy a device capability needed to participate in the meeting and that are currently available for use.

System and method of managing meeting invitations

Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for providing, storing, redeeming, and managing promotions. A promotion service can be called to save, manage, or redeem promotions. The promotion service can be called to generate or provide promotions based upon contextual information. The promotion service also can be accessed to save promotions as well as to view or redeem saved promotions. In some implementations, the promotions can be stored in a promotion locker or other data storage device that is accessible to the promotion service. Promotions can be redeemed at a point of sale such as a web site or a physical retailer. In one contemplated embodiment, a user accesses the promotion service via a smart phone, and a bar code or other information associated with the promotion is displayed on the smart phone in response to a user request.

The signal is sent as part of a communication session. The server is independent of a path of the communication session. Home inventory systems may include appliances and storages which take inventory of their contents. The subject disclosure provides systems and methods for enhancing a purchasing experience by enabling a purchaser to receive a variety of real-time updates or recommendations regarding products that the purchaser, such as a user, may need or intend to purchase. A recommendation provided by the system may be based upon comparing the product with a plurality of sources. The recommendation may include a recommendation that a product may near depletion and thus may need to be replaced, a recommendation that the user may already have a sufficient amount or number of the product, a recommendation that the product may or may not match an existing item owned by the user, or a recommendation not to purchase a product. A virtual closet may also be created according the systems and methods of the subject disclosure, allowing users and contacts selected by the user to collaborate on products.

Enhancing a user's shopping experience

A persona determination approach can be utilized to apply digital personas across multiple communications domains. A service gateway can determine whether to transfer a request for communications services to a Persona Determination Mechanism (PDM). The PDM can select a digital persona based on available information and transmit the digital persona to the service gateway. The service gateway can process the communications services based on the selected digital persona or based on the determination not to transfer the request. In some methods, the service gateway can forward the processed request to one or more network elements for further processing. Related systems are also disclosed.

Methods and systems for selecting and implementing digital personas across applications and services

A particular method includes receiving a signal to invoke a central server-directed service from a first communication device at a session initiation protocol application device. The first communication device is coupled to at least one second communication device via a pathway of a half call model communication session. The method includes sending first instructions to the first communication device via the session initiation protocol device in response to the signal. The first instructions enable the first device to access the central server-directed service. The method also includes sending second instructions to the at least one second device via the session initiation protocol device in response to the signal. The second instructions enable the at least one second communication device to access the central server-directed service.

Devices, systems, and methods are provided for managing personal information by providing a centralized source or database for a user's information and enabling the user to regulate privacy levels for each information item or category of information. Templates are provided as a table of hierarchies or an onion layers model. Private information may be stored in an inner layer while public information may be stored in an outer layer, and multiple layers and categories can be defined and customized within the template. A requesting entity requests information via a disseminating server that acts as a gateway for authenticating, authorizing, and providing access to the requesting entity. The user may therefore control and regulate their online presence simply by monitoring who requests their information and adjusting privacy levels accordingly.

Managing personal information on a network

The subject disclosure provides devices, methods, and computer readable programs for establishing a secure wireless connection among a plurality of displays thus forming a screen for purposes of depicting a larger version of a content. The formation of the screen may be initiated by a master display detecting a presence of a plurality of slave displays in the master display's vicinity and requesting permission to connect to the detected slave displays. Furthermore, provided are methods and computer-executable programs that may facilitate easier collaboration and exchange of the content among users, a real-time adjustment of the content displayed on the screen, as well as an easier depiction of 3-dimensional content on a screen created by arranging the plurality of displays in a 3-dimensional configuration.

The recommendation may include a recommendation on how the consumer may lower resource consumption costs. The recommendation may further include optimal consumption considering consumption trends of a plurality of consumers living in a geographical proximity. The recommendation may include optimal usage of a consumer's vehicle such that the vehicle may consume the least amount of energy. The recommendation may further include offer(s) of credit/incentives by resource providers to consumers in exchange for less consumption of resource, alternative consumption of resources, and any combination thereof.
