A dual-screen computing device includes two separate displays that are coupled to an interconnecting hinge. A hinge detector detects movement or position of the hinge, and the positions of the displays may be determined based on the hinge movement or position. The positions of the displays relative to each other may then be used to determine which mode of operation the dual-screen computing device is operating (e.g., tent mode, open, closed, etc.). Additionally, the dual-screen computing device may include various sensors that detect different environmental, orientation, location, and device-specific information. Applications are configured to operate differently based on the mode of operation and, optionally, the sensor data detected by the sensors.

A wearable device and a method for performing one or more actions using a wearable device are disclosed. The wearable device includes a bezel ring, a watch dial a flexible ring, and a plurality of springs. The bezel ring includes a plurality of holes along a circumference of the bezel ring for placement of a plurality of magnets. The watch dial includes an outer periphery with another plurality of holes at a uniform distance. The watch dial also includes an inner periphery to house inertial sensors at a predetermined position. The flexible ring placed in between an inner surface of the bezel ring and the watch dial. A plurality of springs are placed within the other plurality of holes of the outer periphery of the watch dial. The bezel ring is configured to support at least one of tilting, shifting and rotation over the watch dial.

The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for providing guidance in a virtual environment. The apparatus includes a communication interface configured to transmit or receive data; a memory associated with at least one processor; and the at least one processor configured to identify a path traversed by a user in a virtual environment while consuming interactive content through a head mounted display, identify one or more portions of the interactive content that have been played on the head mounted display, analyze the identified path to determine missed or viewed sections of the virtual environment and analyze the identified one or more portions to determine missed or viewed portions of the interactive content, and process the interactive content based on the missed or viewed sections of the virtual environment and the missed or viewed portions of the interactive content.
