The invention relates to a reaction apparatus having an enhanced connection, and a fuel cell system and an electronic device that include such a reaction apparatus. A reaction apparatus () a reformer () in which a reforming reaction chamber () is formed, a CO remover in which a removing reaction chamber () where a chemical reaction is performed at a temperature lower than that in the reforming reaction chamber () is formed, and a connecting portion () having a communicating path that communicates between the reforming reaction chamber () and the removing reaction chamber (). The reformer () and the CO remover () are arranged spaced apart from each other, at least one of which () is configured by combining ceramic parts () and metal components (), and the ceramic parts () and the metal components () are connected with connecting members () interposed therebetween. The connecting members () have thermal conductivities higher than those of the ceramic parts ().

Reaction apparatus, fuel cell system and electronic device

The invention relates to a reaction apparatus that efficiently heats a reaction portion, and a fuel cell system and an electronic device that include such a reaction apparatus. A reaction apparatus () includes a reformer () in which formed are a reforming reaction chamber () and a reformer combustion chamber () that generates heat to be supplied to the reforming reaction chamber (), which () are adjacent to each other with a partition interposed therebetween; a CO remover () in which formed are a removing reaction chamber () where a chemical reaction is performed at a temperature lower than that in the reforming reaction chamber () and a remover combustion chamber () that generates heat to be supplied to the removing reaction chamber (), which () are adjacent to each other with a partition interposed therebetween; and a connecting portion () that connects the reformer () and the remover (). At least one of the reformer () and the CO remover () is configured by combining ceramic parts () and metal components (), and the ceramic parts () and the metal components () are connected with second members () interposed therebetween.

A reaction device can raise heat use efficiency. The reaction device includes a carbon monoxide remover removing carbon monoxide, and a vaporizer provided inside the carbon monoxide remover to vaporize fuel.

Reaction device and electronic device

Disclosed is a micro-reactor module including: a high temperature reactor which causes a reaction of a reactant; and a low temperature reactor which causes a reaction of a reactant at a lower temperature than the high temperature reactor, wherein a material of infrared reflecting film is set so that an infrared reflectance of the high temperature reactor is higher than an infrared reflectance of the low temperature reactor. Consequently, heat radiation of a plurality of reactors set to different temperatures is suppressed and the difference in temperatures between the plurality of reactors is maintained.

A vaporizing device which can vaporize fuel stably includes: a liquid absorbing member to allow liquid to move from one end portion to the other end portion of the liquid absorbing member under influence of a capillary action; and a heater to heat a side of the other end portion of the liquid absorbing member to vaporize the liquid.

A reactor supplied with a reactant to cause reaction of the reactant includes a reaction device which has a hollow box type member having a top plate and a bottom plate opposed to each other and side plates connected to an edge of the top plate and an edge of the bottom plate. A partition member is housed in the box type member, the partition member coming into contact with at least internal faces of the side plates of the box type member and partitioning a space in the box type member into a plurality of reaction chambers to which the reactant is to be supplied. A penetrating region is provided in the partition member to connect the adjacent reaction chambers to each other, the penetrating region having the reactant passed therethrough.
