A semiconductor device that writes, into respective memory spaces of a plurality of separate memories constituting a search memory mat, an entry address corresponding to key data to be written. In this semiconductor device, pieces of divided data are assigned respectively to the separate memories, and, by employing each divided data as an address, entry addresses corresponding to the divided data are written sequentially into memory spaces specified by memory addresses of the separate memories (first writing process). In this first writing process, if another entry address is already written in an accessed memory space, no entry address is written into that memory space. If an entry address corresponding to a single one of the plurality of pieces of divided data is successfully written into a memory space, the first writing process is ended. Second write processing to a verification memory may also be performed. Key data may be written to a backup memory when a whole collision occurs. The semiconductor device may also include multiple encoding circuits using different algorithms, and a narrowing unit to narrow down entry address candidates.

It is an object of the invention to provide a cement admixture that can form concrete having a sufficient self-healing capability and satisfactorily maintaining its self-healing capability for prolonged periods. The cement admixture of the invention contains an expanding material and an alumina-silicate with swelling properties. The cement admixture is combined with cement to form a cement composition. The cement composition is mixed with water and an aggregate to provide concrete with an excellent self-healing capability.

A method for connecting a member includes the steps of providing a member to be connected having a flange at an end to be connected with a bucklingly deformable synthetic resin member having an overhanging portion which overhangs the flange. A synthetic resin member is selected from the group a polystyrene, a styrene copolymer, an acrylic resin, a polycarbonate, a polyvinyl chloride, a polymethyl methacrylate, a polyamide, a polyacetal, a polyethylene terephthalate, a fluorocarbon resin and a thermoplastic polyurethane. The overhanging portion of the synthetic resin member is disposed over the flange of the member to be connected with the tip of the overhanging portion being bucklingly deformed toward the member to be connected to the extent that stress rupture does not occur. The flange is locked by the bucklingly deformed tip of the overhanging portion.
