A flying robot includes a body portion, a propulsion portion including a plurality of propulsion units configured to generate propulsion force by driving rotor blades, the plurality of propulsion units being provided at the body portion, a plurality of leg portions configured to support the body portion, each leg portion of the plurality of leg portions including at least one joint and being configured to be able to change a posture of the leg portion, and a controller configured to control the plurality of leg portions when landing on a landing surface from a flying state, and the controller controls part or all of at least one leg portion among the plurality of leg portions to adjust a tilt of the body portion from when the at least one leg portion comes into contact with the landing surface until when landing on the landing surface is completed.

Flying robot

A flying robot executing predetermined work, the flying robot comprising: a body unit; and a propulsion portion comprising a plurality of propulsion units configured to cause propulsion to occur by driving rotor blades, the plurality of propulsion units being provided on the body unit; the flying robot further comprising: a contact support unit configured to contact a predetermined contact surface to be capable of supporting at least a part of the body unit; a sensor configured to detect an inclination of the body unit; and a control unit configured to, when the contact support unit contacts the predetermined contact surface, and the predetermined work is being performed, execute posture control to drive at least one of the plurality of propulsion units based on the inclination of the body unit detected by the sensor so that the inclination of the body unit is kept within a predetermined angle range.

A flying robot comprising: a flying body unit; a propulsion portion comprising a plurality of propulsion units configured to cause propulsion to occur by driving rotor blades, the plurality of propulsion units being provided on the flying body unit; a working body unit; a manipulator unit configured to be capable of executing predetermined work and comprising one or more work manipulators provided on the working body unit; and connection units provided on the working body unit and the flying body unit so as to enable the flying body unit to be connected with and disconnected from the working body unit; wherein the flying robot executes the predetermined work by the work manipulators in a state in which the working body unit and the flying body unit are connected at the connection units. The flying robot is caused to execute a wide range of content of work as far as possible.

Lubricant supplying device and guiding device

Provided is a diagnosis method of appropriately recognizing a state of a rolling surface of a track member of a rolling guide device or a lubrication state of rolling elements using a sensor mounted to the rolling guide device. The diagnosis method is applied to a rolling guide device including: a track member having a rolling surface extending along a longitudinal direction of the track member; and a moving member, which is assembled to the track member through intermediation of a plurality of rolling elements configured to roll on the rolling surface so that the moving member is movable along the track member, and has an endless circulation path for the rolling elements. The diagnosis method includes: detecting a moving speed of the moving member relative to the track member while detecting relative vibration displacement of the moving member relative to the track member using a vibration sensor mounted to the moving member; and diagnosing a running state of the moving member relative to the track member based on those detection results.

Method for diagnosing state of rolling guide device

A motion guide device is formed of: a track member including a base portion extending along a longitudinal direction, and a pair of wall portions erected from both edges of the base portion in a width direction, and having rolling element rolling grooves formed along a longitudinal direction; and a moving member which is assembled in a movable manner along the longitudinal direction between the wall portions, and to which a pair of guide members are assembled, load rolling element rolling grooves which correspond to the rolling element rolling grooves being formed in the guide members, wherein at least either one of the guide members is equipped with a biasing member on a surface of the guide member on a side opposite to a surface of the guide member on which the load rolling element rolling groove is formed.

Provided is a rolling guide device which is capable of directly recognizing an operation condition of a moving member with respect to a track member or a circulation state of rolling elements in an endless circulation path, the rolling guide device including: a track member having a rolling surface; and a moving member, which is assembled to the track member through intermediation of a large number of rolling elements which roll on the rolling surface, and has an endless circulation path for the rolling elements, the moving member including: a main body member having a load rolling surface and a no-load return path for the rolling elements, the load rolling surface being opposed to the rolling surface of the track member to define a load path for the rolling elements, a pair of covers, which have direction change paths for allowing the rolling elements to move between the load path and the no-load return path, and is mounted to the main body member; and a measurement plate, which is interposed at least between the main body member and one cover to form part of the endless circulation path, and has a mounting portion for a sensor configured to detect an operation condition of the moving member with respect to the track member.

A motion guide apparatus ensures that a retaining portion retains a rolling element. A rolling element retainer having retaining portions that prevent a rolling element from falling out of a movable body, the retaining portions extending along a loaded rolling element rolling portion, is incorporated in the movable body of the motion guide apparatus. End plates are formed integrally with the retaining portions. Fall prevention portions to reduce the widths of openings between the retaining portions are provided to center parts of the retaining portions in a length direction thereof. The fall prevention portions are padding portions integrated with the retaining portions, the padding portions rising in such a manner as to reduce the widths of the openings, and/or projections integrated with the retaining portions, the projections touching the movable body in such a manner that the center parts of the retaining portions bend toward a track member.

Motion guide apparatus

A guide body can be prevented from being disengaged from a track rail even where the track rail is made of a low-rigidity material, thereby securing reliable movement along the track rail. The guide body includes: a large number of rolling elements that roll on a rolling surface formed along a structure, the guide body being movable relative to the structure; an endless circulation path through which the large number of rolling elements circulate; a load opening portion for allowing the large number of rolling elements in the endless circulation path to be held in contact with the rolling surface of the structure; and a guide portion formed on at least one side of the load opening portion so as to project toward the structure side with respect to projecting ends of the large number of rolling elements projecting from the load opening portion toward the structure side.
