An angle detection device of the present invention includes: a stator which includes a plurality of salient pole portions which are formed on a flat sheet made of a magnetic material and are raised by bending, each salient pole portion constituting a winding magnetic core on which a winding member for excitation and a winding member for detection are mounted; and a rotor which is made of a magnetic material and is provided rotatably relative to the stator such that gap permeance between the rotor and each salient pole portion is changed due to the rotation of the rotor about a rotational axis of the rotor. According to the angle detection device of the present invention, it is possible to provide the angle detection device which can largely reduce the number of parts and can realize the reduction of cost and the enhancement of reliability.

Angle detection device and method of manufacturing the same

An angle detection system of the present invention includes: a statorwhich includes a plurality of salient pole portions which are formed on a flat sheet made of a magnetic material and are raised by bending, each salient pole portion constituting a winding magnetic core on which a winding member for excitation and a winding member for detection are mounted; and a rotorwhich is made of a magnetic material and is configured to be rotatable relative to the stator such that gap permeance between the rotor and each salient pole portion is changed due to the rotation thereof about a rotational axis thereof. Angle detection system and method of manufacturing the same

An angle detector including an annular stator board (); a plurality of stators () provided on the annular stator board () independently of one another and forming slots () at constant or various intervals; a magnetic core () formed on surfaces of the stators (); stator windings () formed around the magnetic cores () and composed of excitation windings () and output windings (); a magnetic flux return path plateau () provided on each of the surfaces of the stators () and provided inward or outward of the stator windings (); an annular rotor board () provided on the magnetic flux return path plateaus (); and a gap forming board () provided on an inner surface () of the annular rotor board () and having a board inner surface () whose protrusion state changes according to a waveform. The annular rotor board rotates to cause changes in a gap () between each of the magnetic cores () and the board inner surface () of the gap forming board ().

Rotary angle detector

An angle detector includes a magnetic rotor and a plurality of magnetic stator portions. The magnetic stator portions are arranged separately in an annular stator frame and each magnetic stator portion includes a pair of magnetic stator strips. The periphery of the magnetic rotor is disposed between the magnetic stator strips of each magnetic stator portion. By such a configuration, accurate angle detection can be carried out irrespective of the decentering of a rotary shaft.

Plurality of air gaps are formed in a torus-shaped stator body of the resolver. If a straight line were drawn from a center point of the stator body toward the outside in the radial direction of the stator body and the straight line were rotated 360 degrees about the center point, the straight line would intersect with at least one of an inside air gap and an outside air gap. Therefore, magnetic flux (i.e., noise caused by magnetism) that has penetrated from the outer peripheral surface side of the stator body will always pass through a portion of the stator body that is to the outside in the radial direction of the air gaps, such that a large portion of the magnetic flux is eliminated by the air gaps.

According to the present invention, when using a pair of annular stators stacked together, they are deviated from each other so that the projected poles may not overlap each other, whereby continuous winding is possible for each winding. Thus, a reduction in cost is achieved. In the rotation angle detector of the present invention, the first and second annular stators are stacked together such that the projected poles do not overlap each other, with the windings wound around the projected poles being wound continuously.

Rotation angle detector

A variable-reluctance-type angle sensor having an output winding wound in each slot on a one-slot pitch basis and in a sinusoidal distribution. The variable-reluctance-type angle sensor is so structured that the number of the poles of exciting windings is equal to the number of slots and that the induced voltage in the output winding corresponding to one phase of n-phase output windings is sinusoidally distributed.

A sinusoidally distributed winding method suitable for a detector winding comprises the steps of serially connecting winding groups (x) wound sequentially at one-slot intervals to form a one-phase shunt winding group (y), and constructing an n-phase shunt winding group (Z) using n of the one-phase shunt winding groups (y). An automatic winding can be performed based on the winding procedure group wound sequentially at one-slot pitch intervals.
