An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes an analyzer, a storage unit, and a display controller. The analyzer is configured to specify an atrophy region in a fundus by analyzing data of the fundus of a subject's eye acquired using optical coherence tomography. The storage unit stores image data of the fundus. The display controller is configured to cause a fundus image of the subject's eye to be displayed on a display means based on the image data stored in the storage unit, and to cause a region corresponding to the atrophy region in the fundus image to be displayed on the display means so as to be identifiable.

An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes an analyzer, and a display controller. The analyzer is configured to specify one or more atrophy regions in a fundus of a subject's eye by analyzing data of the fundus acquired using optical coherence tomography. The display controller is configured to cause a plurality of images, each of which represents the one or more atrophy regions specified by the analyzer, to be displayed on a display means in chronological order, based on the plurality of data acquired at different timings.

An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes an analyzer, a storage unit, a region editing unit, and a display controller. The analyzer is configured to analyze data of a subject's eye optically acquired by projecting light onto the subject's eye, and to specify a lesion region in the subject's eye. The storage unit stores image data of the subject's eye. The region editing unit is configured to specify a changed region by changing the lesion region based on operation information corresponding to an operation content on an operating unit. An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes a reference data setting unit, a first region specifying unit, and a second region specifying unit. The reference data setting unit is configured to set, as first reference data, first fundus data among a plurality of fundus data of a fundus of a subject's eye acquired at different acquisition timings using optical coherence tomography. The first region specifying unit is configured to specify one or more first atrophy regions in the fundus by analyzing the first reference data. The second region specifying unit is configured to specify one or more second atrophy regions by analyzing second fundus data based on the one or more first atrophy regions, the second fundus data being acquired after the acquisition timing of the first reference data among the plurality of fundus data.

The ophthalmological device of an embodiment includes an optical system for inspection, a display, a subject's eye position acquiring unit, and a control unit. The optical system for inspection includes a photographic optical system for photographing an eyeground of the subject's eye. The subject's eye position acquiring unit acquires a three-dimensional position of the subject's eye. The control unit acquires information on positional displacement of the optical system for inspection with respect to the subject's eye on the basis of the three-dimensional position to cause a screen of the display to display two alignment index images to be varied in position with respect to a reference position of alignment preset in the display in a pseudo manner, in accordance with the information on positional displacement.

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes a focusing indicator projector, a fundus imaging unit, a driver, and a focusing controller. The focusing indicator projector is configured to irradiate light fluxes for projecting a pair of focusing indicators onto a fundus of an eye. The fundus imaging unit is configured to capture an image of the fundus. The driver is configured to move an optical system including the focusing indicator projector, the fundus imaging unit, and a focusing lens. The focusing controller is configured to move the focusing lens based on projection images of the focusing indicators captured by the fundus imaging unit, wherein the projection images are captured along with movement of the optical system by the driver.

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination part, a moving mechanism, an information obtaining part, and a controller. The examination part is configured to include an optical system for optically examining an eye. The moving mechanism is configured to move the optical system. The information obtaining part is configured to obtain information for carrying out position matching of the optical system to the eye. The controller is configured to carry out first control for the moving mechanism based on the information obtained by the information obtaining part to move the optical system, determine whether information optically obtained by the optical system after the first control is appropriate to the examination or not, and when it is determined that this information is not appropriate, carry out second control for the moving mechanism in response to a prescribed trigger to move the optical system.

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination part, moving mechanism, two or more imaging parts, extracting part and controller. The examination part includes an optical system for optically examining an eye. The moving mechanism moves the optical system. The two or more imaging parts obtain moving images of the eye from two or more different directions. The extracting part extracts a partial image from each of two or more images substantially simultaneously obtained by the two or more imaging parts. The controller carries out display control for displaying in real time two or more partial images extracted by the extracting part with an arrangement in accordance with the positional relationship thereof on a display means and movement control for controlling the moving mechanism based on an instruction input from an operation means.

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an acquiring part, a first optical system, a forming part and a controller. The acquiring part acquires a first front image of an eye fundus. The first optical system scans the fundus by signal light and detects interference light of returned light of the signal light and reference light. The forming part repeatedly forms a second front image of the fundus and a cross sectional image showing a cross section perpendicular to the second front image based on the detection results repeatedly obtained by the first optical system. The controller displays the first front image on a display means, displays, as a moving image, the second front images repeatedly formed by the forming part over the first front image, and displays, as a moving image, the cross sectional images repeatedly formed by the forming part.

An ophthalmic device is provided with a photographing optical system that photographs an eye fundus; an illumination optical system that illuminate the eye fundus; a split target projection optical system that projects a split target for focusing the photographing optical system on the eye fundus; an alignment target projection optical system that projects an alignment target (AL) for aligning the photographing optical system with an examining eye; an observation optical system that displays optical images of the eye fundus; and a pseudo-target display processing unit that takes an observation video signal output by the observation optical system in, detects at least one of positions of the split target and the alignment target in the observation video signal, and displays a pseudo-target on the monitor in accordance with the detected position.
