A display device is disclosed that includes a base substrate in which a first pixel area, a second pixel area, a third pixel area, and a light blocking area are defined. First, second, and third emission elements are disposed on the base substrate in the first, second, and third pixel areas, respectively. A color conversion layer includes a first color conversion pattern, a second color conversion pattern, and a light transmission pattern disposed on the first, second, and third emission elements, respectively. A color filter layer includes first, second, and third color filters disposed on the first color conversion pattern, the second color conversion pattern, and the light transmission pattern, respectively. The second pixel area is spaced apart from the first pixel area by a first interval. The third pixel area is spaced from the first pixel area by a second interval smaller than the first interval. The third pixel area is spaced from the second pixel area by a third interval larger than the second interval. The light blocking area surrounds each of the first, second, and third pixel areas.

Display device

A display apparatus having an opening ratio that provides a high resolution and improved luminous quality and including: a substrate; a first driving thin-film transistor (TFT) and a first storage capacitor, the first storage capacitor for emitting light of a first color and on the substrate; a data wiring unit including a first data line, a second data line, and a third data line, at a first side of the first storage capacitor, extending along a first direction and spaced apart from one another along a second direction, intersecting the first direction, by a predetermined distance; a driving voltage line at a second side of the first storage capacitor and extending along the first direction; and a first pixel electrode electrically connected to the first driving TFT.

The display device includes a first data line on a first interlayer insulating layer over a substrate, a first power line and a second power line on a second interlayer insulating layer, the second interlayer insulating layer covering the first data line, and a plurality of pixels. A first pixel among the plurality of pixels includes a display element including a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode, the second power line being connected to the opposite electrode, and a driving thin film transistor between the substrate and the display element and including a driving semiconductor layer, a driving gate electrode, a driving source electrode, and a driving drain electrode, the first interlayer insulating layer covering the driving gate electrode, and the first power line being connected to the driving source electrode.

A display device that includes a substrate having a display area configured for displaying an image and a peripheral area positioned outside of the display area. A first thin film transistor is disposed on the display area. A display element is electrically connected to the first thin film transistor. The display element includes a pixel electrode, an intermediate layer, and an opposite electrode. An embedded driving circuit portion is disposed on the peripheral area. The embedded driving circuit portion includes a second thin film transistor. A common voltage supply line is disposed on the peripheral area. The common voltage supply line is positioned closer to the display area than the embedded driving circuit portion. The common voltage supply line is electrically connected to the opposite electrode.

Display device including a protruding support

A display apparatus includes: a substrate having a display area and a peripheral area at a periphery of the display area; a plurality of conductive lines on one side of the peripheral area in a first direction and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; a first insulating line on the plurality of conductive lines between a first conductive line and a second conductive line, which are adjacent to each other from among the plurality of conductive lines, and extending in the second direction; and a second insulating line on the plurality of conductive lines between a third conductive line and a fourth conductive line, which are adjacent to each other from among the plurality of conductive lines, and extending in the second direction.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a display layer including a first non-light-emitting area in which a pixel-defining layer surrounding a light-emitting area is arranged, and a second non-light-emitting area further including a spacer on the pixel-defining layer; a light shield layer including a first black matrix and a second matrix covering the first non-light-emitting area and the second non-light-emitting area, respectively, and having different dielectric constants; and a touchscreen electrode including a touch electrode on a position corresponding to the first black matrix and the second matrix.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A pixel includes: first to fourth driving transistors; a first light emitting diode connected to the first driving transistor; a second light emitting diode connected to the second driving transistor and spaced apart from the first light emitting diode in a first direction; a third light emitting diode connected to the third driving transistor and disposed between the first light emitting diode and the second light emitting diode; and a fourth light emitting diode connected to the fourth driving transistor and disposed between the first light emitting diode and the second light emitting diode, wherein a planar area of the first driving transistor is smaller than a planar area of each of the third and fourth driving transistors, a planar area of the second driving transistor is smaller than a planar area of each of the third and fourth driving transistors, and a first data signal is applied to the first and second driving transistors.

Pixel and display device including the same

A display device includes a display element that includes a pixel electrode and a common electrode, a driving thin-film transistor, a first thin-film transistor connected to a gate electrode of the driving thin-film transistor and a first initialization voltage, a second thin-film transistor connected to the pixel electrode of the display element and a second initialization voltage line, and a common voltage line connected to the first initialization voltage line and the second initialization voltage line, wherein a voltage equal to a voltage transmitted to the common electrode is transmitted to the common voltage line.

Display apparatus having color converting layers and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a substrate, a first insulating layer disposed on the substrate, a through portion passing through the substrate and the first insulating layer, a display unit disposed on the first insulating layer and including a plurality of pixels surrounding at least a portion of the through portion, and a dummy pixel unit. Each pixel includes a light-emitting element including a pixel electrode and an opposite electrode facing each other, and an emission layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode. The dummy pixel unit includes a plurality of dummy pixels disposed between the through portion and the display unit, and including a metal pattern including a same material as the pixel electrode. The dummy pixels are disposed adjacent to the display unit.

A display device include a light-emitting panel having first to third light-emitting diodes and a color panel on the light-emitting panel. The color panel includes first to third color areas that transmit light of different colors and a light-blocking area. The light-emitting panel includes two first power lines spaced apart from each other, connecting electrodes electrically connected to the two first power lines, and an insulating layer on the connecting electrodes, the insulating layer having openings each of which exposing a respective one of the connecting electrodes.
