A display device includes pixels. Each of the pixels includes light emitting elements including a first end portion and a second end portion disposed in a length direction; an intermediate layer that exposes a portion of each of the light emitting elements and fixes each of the light emitting elements in the length direction; a pixel circuit layer including at least one transistor electrically connected to one of the first end portion and the second end portion of each of the light emitting elements; a first electrode disposed on the at least one transistor and electrically connected to the a least one transistor; and a second electrode electrically connected to the other of the first end portion and the second end portion of each of the light emitting elements. The first electrode and the second electrode include different materials and are disposed in different layers.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A display device includes a substrate; at least one data line disposed on the substrate; a first pattern disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from the data line; a first insulating layer at least partially disposed on the data line and the first pattern; an active layer disposed on the first insulating layer and at least partially overlapping with the first pattern; a first gate insulating layer disposed on the active layer; and a first electrode disposed on the first gate insulating layer and overlapping with the active layer, wherein the first electrode does not overlap with the data line in a direction parallel to an upper surface of the first insulating layer.

A tiled display device includes: a first display device including: a first display substrate having a plurality of light emitting areas; and a second color conversion substrate comprising a plurality of light transmitting areas respectively corresponding to the light emitting areas and comprising a light scattering material and a plurality of light blocking areas between the light transmitting areas; a second display device comprising a second display substrate and a second color conversion substrate, the second display device being at a side of the first display device; and a light scattering member between the first display device and the second display device and comprising a light scattering material, wherein an external light reflectance of the light scattering member is higher than an average value of an external light reflectance of the light transmitting areas and an external light reflectance of the light blocking areas.

Tiled display device

A display device includes a substrate including a display unit including a plurality of pixels and a protrusion protruding from an edge of the display unit, the plurality of pixels including a first pixel on an outermost region of the display unit and a second pixel adjacent to the first pixel; a driver on the protrusion; and a fan-out line to electrically connect the first pixel and the driver, wherein at least a portion of the fan-out line is on the display unit between the first pixel and the second pixel in a plan view.

Display device and tiled display device having the same

A display apparatus may include a base substrate, an active pattern, a first electrode, a second electrode, a control electrode, and a display element. The active pattern may be disposed on the base substrate. The first electrode may be disposed between the base substrate and the active pattern and connected to a first end of the active pattern. The second electrode may be disposed on the active pattern and connected to a second end of the active pattern. The control electrode may overlap the active pattern and be insulated from the active pattern. The display element may be disposed on the second electrode and connected to the second electrode.

A display device panel includes a display area including pixels and a non-display area. Each pixel is connected to one of gate lines and one of data lines. The non-display area includes data pad sections. The non-display area further includes a depiction of a first information code and a depiction of a second information code. The depiction of the first information code is disposed between first two adjacent data pad sections and is apart from an outline of the non-display area by a first distance. The depiction of the second information code is disposed between second two adjacent data pad sections and is apart from the outline of the non-display area by a second distance different from the first distance.
