The present invention relates to an electric track system which can accommodate various appliance module using magnetic positioning. It supplements the missing functions of the current electric tracks, i.e., permitting the mixed use of the track-based fans and lights. This newly designed track can also be mounted to the wall for safe use of various electric appliances. The electric track system with magnetic positioning provides great flexibility, personal comfort and energy efficiency in both air circulation and room illumination for commercial and residential environments. With this system, various electric appliances can be mounted onto the track in a safe and quick way. A magnetic telescopic control rod is used to adjust the positions of the electric appliances in the ceiling-mounted track, like fans and lights. It brings safety and convenience to everyday life at affordable cost.

The present invention relates to a innovative magnetic tension lock(MTL) control system which guides the MagLev module in both vertical and horizontal movement. The MagLev module moves on its inherent magnetic force and is guided by the MTL control system. The MagLev module with MTL control system can be used in products of various applications. It can be made at efficient cost to perform unique function. It can provide magnetic cushioning, which is great for seat, bed and other body-supporting furniture. It can also be applied as a cushioning layer against outside impact, thus it can be mounted onto the surface of heavy duty equipment or even the vessel sailing in icy water. It functions on its magnetic energy for load capacity and only requires compact battery power for its MTL control system. Thus it saves energy and reduces impact on the environment. It can replace the traditional MagLev module that runs on electricity otherwise.

There have been many types of sports shoes varying in design and material. The market-leading sports shoes are Nike and Asics. Nike is famous for its patented Air Max technology and Asics for its unique liquid cushioning element technology. These are excellent shoes in its own category. Yet, sports players are also looking for a shoe that can switch between the hi-rebound high performance sports mode and soft-cushioned regular mode conveniently. Our new design of the shoe sole tackles this task with a unique approach. We design the shoe sole into three zones according to its dynamic feature and fill the corresponding zones with different foaming material and an interchangeable compact MagLev module. This new design meets the challenge and opens up a new way for shoe manufacturing.

The present invention relates to a multi-function mattress composed of MagLev suspension, stretched net surface and adjustable underneath elastic cushion modules for optimized body contour-fitting and head-shoulder-neck massage by the motorized roller. This mattress design provides a unique solution to achieve the best body contour-fitting with a simple structure. The MagLev suspension technology helps generate the best support for the entire body during the sleep. It also provides comfort and relaxation that is associated with the sleep-cool technique, which is achieved through the underneath hollow structure. This mattress can be made at efficient cost to perform multi-function. The energy-efficient design also reduces its impact on the environment.

A magnetic separation device for immunoassay using a two-sided plate for multi-well microplate separation via a flat side containing a magnetic block and a back side of magnetic microplate structure containing a matrix of permanent magnets. The present invention relates to a multi-purpose magnetic separation device that has two sides of magnetic separation function. The flat side of magnetic separation device includes magnetic block, metal or plastic sheet surface top and a pin to secure the assay plate. The back side of magnetic separation device is a multi-well structure that includes a plurality of permanent magnets placed in the spaces between the adjacent wells. There are different magnetic configurations for the multi-well structure, which ensures that each well is pulled by at least one strong permanent magnet.
