An instrument panel comprising a synthetic resin base material and a skin material covering and integrated with the surface of the synthetic resin base material. The instrument panel may be disposed ahead of a seat within a driving cab in a vehicle. A metal support is integrally formed in the synthetic resin base material and insert-molded in such a state that a part of the metal support is protruded from the synthetic resin base material. The site protruded from the synthetic resin base material has a frame fixing section, which can be fitted and fixed to the cab frame of the vehicle. In such an the instrument panel, even upon exposure to vibration or impact, neither drop of various mounted instruments nor damage to the instrument panel takes place. Further, in mounting various instruments, the necessary number of components can be reduced, and stable mounting of instruments can be realized.

The present invention provides an interior material of an operator's cab of a work machine, the interior material comprising at least a structure member and a noise absorption layer, wherein the structure member has at least one rib which is formed on an inside surface of a base portion thereof and comes into intimate contact with an inside surface of an exterior material and a hermetically sealed hollow portion is formed by the rib in intimate contact with the exterior material, and the noise absorption layer is disposed on an outside surface of the structure member. With the interior material, a work environment in the operator's cab of the work machine can be enhanced by effectively suppressing the noise entering from an outside of the operator's cab.

Method for manufacturing an interior material of an operator's cab

A concave notch portion to which an interference body is fitted is formed in an interference region with the interference body existing in an incorporated portion of at least one side edge portion of an interior trim member. A cushion body made of an elastically deformable material is arranged in a periphery including the concave notch portion, and a structure member made of a material which is light and harder than the cushion body is arranged in the other region than the arranged region of the cushion body in the interior trim member. The skin member, the structure member and the cushion body are integrated by a molding. Consequently, an interior trim member is removable from an incorporated position, even in the case that a post exists in a driver seat, in the rigid interior trim member incorporated in the driver seat of various work vehicle.

An object is to enhance the sound absorbing functions of an interior member, and furthermore, to increase ease of assembly of the interior member, and the interior member for the cab is integrally formed so as to have a laminated structure where a sound absorbing material is contained between an outer layer material and a foundation body panel, or inside a foundation body panel. In addition, such an interior member is formed in accordance with a reaction injection molding method.

With the objectives of alleviating the property of attacking on the mating member by scratching-off of local agglutinates on the sliding contact surface, achieving improved wear resistance, and achieving improved seizure resistance through restraint of frictional heat generation by a hard phase, a copper based sintered contact material contains shock-resistant ceramics in an amount of 0.05 to less than 0.5 wt % as non-metallic particles composed of one or more substances selected from pulverized oxides, carbides and nitrides. The shock-resistant ceramics are comprised of SiOand/or two or more substances selected from SiO, AlO, LiO, TiOand MgO.

The invention discloses a sheet-like structure material and its manufacturing method. The sheet-like structure material has the advantages that impact imposed on its edge ends can be adsorbed to protect its adherends, and that the labor required for installing it and edge ends treatment can be significantly saved. The structure material comprises an outer peripheral structure which has elasticity and is integrally formed at the outer periphery of a sheet-like composite body comprising two glass sheets and an intermediate resin layer disposed between the glass sheets. The outer peripheral structure is formed from a resinous material used for forming the intermediate resin layer, by allowing the material to ooze from between the glass sheets.

Sheet-like structure material and manufacturing method

A composite sheet material, in which at least either one of opposed surfaces is composed of a glass layer for the purpose of surface protection from scratching, can be easily produced without causing bonding defects and stress-strain. A method of such a material is also disclosed. This material comprises (a) a glass layer made of sheet glass and constituting one of the opposed surfaces of the composite sheet material; and (b) a resin layer constituting the other surface of the material and molded by applying a uniform pressure to an entire molten resinous material introduced onto the glass layer so as to be elongated, spreading over the glass layer, these glass layer and said resin layer being laminated.
