A technology is described for determining a trust score or trust metric used to determine whether to allow a connection to a high risk destination. In one example of the technology, a connection request to initiate a connection with a destination over a network may be received at a communication service. The communication service may identify a customer account associated with the connection request and obtain a trust score that indicates whether the connection request associated with the customer account may be allowed. The communication service may determine whether the connection request associated with the customer account is allowed to initiate the connection with the destination based on the trust score, and initiate the connection with the destination over the network when the trust score allows the connection request.

Provided are systems and methods for managing access to web content. An example method includes receiving a request to provide a user with access to web content, determining that the user could have one or more cognitive conditions, determining that the web content is not approved for access by the user, presenting an interactive challenge, determining that the user has successfully completed the interactive challenge, sending a web content access request comprising an indication of the user and the web content, receiving an indication that the web content is approved for access by the user, and providing the user with access to the web content.

Systems and methods for managing access to web content

A user device that presents a static non-interactive graphical representation of a content page received from an intermediary system may emulate controls or interactive elements included in the content page based on control metadata received from the intermediary system. The emulated controls enable the user device to restore the interactivity that is lost by generating the graphical representation of the content page. Further, the emulated controls may be included as part of an overlay layer positioned above the graphical representation of the content page. Information or control metadata for each control included in the content page may be provided to the user device with the graphical representation of the content page. The user device may use the control metadata to identify types of controls to emulate and where to position the emulated control with respect to the graphical representation of the content page.
