In some implementations, the device may include receiving, from a first medical facility, by a first facility application, a request to send a medical document to a second medical facility. In addition, the device may include receiving, from an application server, by the first facility application, mapping rules for the second medical facility. The device may include generating, by the first facility application, a modified medical document based on the mapping rules for the second medical facility and the medical document. Moreover, the device may include sending, by the first facility application, to a second facility application, the modified medical document. Also, the device may include sending, by the second facility application, to the second medical facility, the modified medical document.

Method and system for asynchronous medical patient data communication and management

Systems and methods for managing a document request, the method comprising receiving, from a first healthcare entity, at least one medical document associated with a patient at a server. The method further comprising receiving, from a second healthcare entity, a medical document request where the medical document request may be directed to one of an image, a financial statement, a prescription, a referral to healthcare entity, or a report. The method further comprising determining, based on the document request, whether a legal document is required to approve the request. The method further comprising, sending, in response to the request requiring approval from a legal entity, to a legal entity associated with the patient a legal document request related to the medical document request.

Method and system for asynchronous medical patient data communication between multiple parties

An asynchronous system for managing medical file protection and distribution. The system controls the distribution of sensitive patient records between different healthcare entities. The system includes a registration process for the healthcare institutions which creates a secure gateway between the system and the healthcare institution. Once registered, the system creates a content queue on the server for content designated to be sent to the institution. The client device of the healthcare institution will poll the queue and download the medical file content as it becomes available.
