A device for dispensing and applying a cosmetic product includes a bottle, a cosmetic dispensing member, and a cosmetic applicator. The bottle contains a volume of cosmetic product and comprises a closed end and an open end. The cosmetic dispensing member is coupled to the open end of the bottle. The cosmetic dispensing member includes an outlet and an actuating element configured to be actuated to enable delivery of a portion of the volume of cosmetic product through the outlet. The cosmetic applicator is coupled to the closed end of the bottle by one or more collar members.

Combination dispenser and applicator

Compacts designed to hold a product and having a lid, and upper housing portion, and a lower housing portion. The upper housing portion and the lower housing portion are twistable relative to one another, with the lid secured to the upper housing portion and twisting therewith. The lid and lower housing portion comprise engaging structures to secure the lid in a closed position when the respective engaging structures are aligned with one another. When the upper housing portion and lid are twisted relative to the lower housing portion, the lid is free to open upon reaching a sufficient amount of twisting movement.

Revolving compact

Illustrative applicators include a roller controllably coupled to a reservoir by a wicking agent such as a felt applicator insert. A cap for the applicator is also provided. The action of the cap being placed over the roller brings the roller into contact with the wicking agent, applying product contained in the reservoir to the roller. Removing the cap causes the roller to move out of contact with the wicking agent, allowing a quantity of product applied to the roller while the cap is on the applicator to be used.
