A transapically-implanted mitral valve flexible closure plate blocking body comprising: a flexible closure plate (), a left and right guide wire (), a guide ring () and a fixation plug (). The fixation plug () is fixedly implanted at a cardiac apex () of the heart, the flexible closure plate () is located at an anterior and posterior leaflet junction of the heart, the left and right guide wire () respectively pass through a hook () on the same side, are fixedly connected to the flexible closure plate () in the upper portion on the same side, and respectively pass through a guide ring () fixedly connected in the lower portion of the flexible closure plate () on the same side, and are fixedly connected to the fixation plug (). An implantation method thereof is also provided.

Transapically-implanted mitral valve flexible coaptation plate blocking body and implantation method

An apical implantation mitral valve balloon closure plate blocking body and an implantation method, for human heart repair are disclosed. A balloon closure plate made from an elastic plastic material which may be filled with a gas or a curable liquid is implanted via a small incision on the left side of the chest, enters the left ventricle via the apex, and is placed and fixed at a backflow hole position of a front and rear leaflet closure point of the mitral valve. The present disclosure treats diseases such as functional mitral valve regurgitation, and the success rate for repairing functional mitral valve backflow is more than 90%.

Apical implantation mitral valve balloon closure plate blocking body and implantation method

An adaptively positioned mitral valve closure plate blocker for repairing mitral regurgitation, comprising a suture and shaping ring () sutured on a mitral ring () and a closure plate (); the closing plate () comprises a tongue-shaped plate and a strut () located at the top of the tongue-shaped plate and connected to the suture and shaping ring; the closing plate () can be connected to the suture and shaping ring (), being capable of flapping back and forth and twisting left and right. The suture and shaping ring is sutured on the valve ring () of the mitral valve () of a patient in a thoracotomy and open heart surgery, thus shaping the disease expanded mitral ring (), and supporting the closing plate (); when a heart contracts and valve leaflets close, the closing plate () flaps and twists depending on the position of a regurgitation opening at the free edge of the valve leaflets to realize adaptive positioning of the closing plate (), so that the closing plate () is at the free edge when two valve leaflets are closed, covering the regurgitation opening, and is tightly attached to the free edge of the valve leaflets, reducing or avoiding regurgitation of the mitral valve ().
