This application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The battery cell includes: an electrode assembly, including a body portion and a first tab. A first size Lof the body portion in a length direction thereof is greater than a second size Lof the body portion in a width direction thereof. The first tab is located on at least one end of the body portion in the width direction. The first tab has a third size Lin the length direction. The first size L, the second size L, and the third size Lsatisfy 0.5L≤L≤L. The battery cell according to an embodiment of this application is intended to resolve a technical problem of severe heat generation by a tab.

Battery cell, battery, and electric apparatus

The present application is provided with a battery pack, including a first battery module, a second battery module and a box body, where the first battery module and the second battery module are housed in the box body; the box body including a lower box body configured to support the first battery module and the second battery module, and an upper box body fitting with the lower box body. The lower box body includes a first connecting portion, and the first connecting portion is located between the first battery module and the second battery module. The upper box body includes a second connecting portion, where the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are fixed and connected. In the battery pack of the present application, the problem of downward deflection of the lower box body is avoided and the strength of the battery pack is improved.

Some embodiments of the present application relate to a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells, two insulating members and a binding strip. The insulating member includes a first face and a second face, the first face is located on a side face of the battery module, the second face is located on a bottom face of the battery module, and the two insulating members are respectively disposed on two sides of the battery module in a horizontal direction. The binding strip surrounds the plurality of battery cells and the insulating members.

A battery pack and an apparatus, relating to the field of energy storage devices. The battery pack includes: a first box body, where the first box body includes a frame and a cross beam, the cross beam is disposed within the frame, and the cross beam has a hollow structure and is provided with an exhaust vent; a baffle plate, connected to the cross beam and sealing the exhaust vent; and a battery cell, accommodated in the first box body and including an explosion-proof valve, where the explosion-proof valve faces towards the baffle plate. The baffle plate is configured to exit a state of sealing the exhaust vent when the explosion-proof valve of the battery cell bursts.

The battery module assembly includes: at least two battery modules arranged along a first direction, each of the battery modules including a plurality of battery cells, and a shell side wall of the battery cell including two oppositely arranged first side walls and two oppositely arranged second side walls, an area of the first side wall being larger than that of the second side wall, and the first side wall being perpendicular to the first direction; and a cooling plate arranged between two adjacent battery modules, and configured to perform heat exchange with the first side walls of the battery cells of the two adjacent battery modules. This application relates to a vehicle, a battery, and a driving apparatus, where the battery includes: a first box body; a second box body connected to the first box body; a plurality of battery units accommodated inside an enclosure defined by the first box body and the second box body; and a sealing gasket located between the first box body and the second box body whereby the first box body and the second box body are hermetically connected. The first box body and/or the second box body is provided with a first protruding portion, a side wall of the sealing gasket is provided with a notch portion, and the notch portion runs through the sealing gasket along a thickness direction of the sealing gasket, and the first protruding portion extends into the notch portion so that the first protruding portion fits with the notch portion.

The present disclosure provides a battery pack, including: a battery box, a plurality of battery modules, a cooling plate, and a buffering member. Each battery module includes a plurality of battery cells and a plurality of busbars. Each battery cell includes an electrode assembly and a battery housing. The battery cells are laid flat. When the electrode assembly is of a wound structure and is flat, and outer surfaces of the electrode assembly include two flat surfaces. The two flat surfaces are opposite to each other in a vertical direction. Alternatively, when the electrode assembly is of a laminated structure, a first electrode plate, a separator, and a second electrode plate are stacked in a vertical direction. Therefore, the electrode assembly of the battery cells applies a greatest expansion force in the vertical direction during charge and discharge.

The present disclosure relates to a battery pack and transportation vehicle, wherein the battery pack includes: a box assembly; a restraint assembly disposed within the box assembly, wherein the restraint assembly is internally provided with an accommodating cavity, a first exhaust passage is provided between the restraint assembly and the box assembly, and the restraint assembly is provided with a communication hole which communicates the accommodating cavity with the first exhaust passage; and a battery module disposed within the accommodating cavity.

The plurality of batteries are arranged in a longitudinal direction. The end plate has: a main body portion, located on one side of the plurality of batteries in the longitudinal direction; and an extension portion, formed on the main body portion and extending in the longitudinal direction away from the batteries. The output electrode connecting sheet has: a first connecting portion, connected to a corresponding battery; and a second connecting portion, connected to one end of the first connecting portion and fixed to the extension portion of the end plate.

Battery module

This application relates to a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module includes a binding member and battery cell assemblies arranged along a horizontal direction, the battery cell assembly including an upper-layer battery cell and a lower-layer battery cell that are stacked along a vertical direction, the upper-layer battery cell and the lower-layer battery cell interconnected and forming a joint; and the binding member covering the joint, located between two adjacent battery cell assemblies, and fixed to the battery cell assemblies. The battery module includes a binding member and a plurality of battery cell assemblies, and the battery cell assembly includes upper-layer and a lower-layer battery cells stacked along a vertical direction. A joint is formed between the upper-layer and lower-layer battery cells and covered by the joint fixed to the battery cell assemblies, swelling of the upper-layer and lower-layer battery cells at the joint is reduced.
