The present application relates to a secondary battery, including a naked battery core and a secondary battery head cover assembly. The secondary battery head cover assembly includes a head cover and an insulation structure. The insulation structure includes a top connection sheet and two naked battery core insulation sheets, and the two naked battery core insulation sheets are connected to two long sides of the top connection sheet, respectively. The top connection sheet is located below the head cover. The naked battery core is located below the top connection sheet. The head cover is provided with an explosion-proof valve, the top connection sheet is provided with an explosion-proof valve air hole, and the explosion-proof valve air hole is provided correspondingly below the explosion-proof valve.

The present application relates to a secondary battery head cover assembly, a secondary battery including the same and an assembling method thereof. The secondary battery head cover assembly includes a head cover and an insulation structure, the insulation structure includes a top connection sheet and two naked battery core insulation sheets, an electrode pole is provided on the head cover, and an electrode pole through hole is provided at a position on the top connection sheet corresponding to the electrode pole, the top connection sheet is located below the head cover and is connected to the head cover. The secondary battery includes the secondary battery head cover assembly and the naked battery core, the naked battery core is located below the top connection sheet, and the two naked battery core insulation sheets wrap the side and bottom surfaces of the naked battery core.

The present application relates to a secondary battery head cover assembly, a secondary battery including the same and an assembling method thereof. The present disclosure provides a secondary battery, which comprises a cap plate, at least two cells and two connecting pieces. The cap plate is provided with two electrode terminals which are opposite in electrical polarity. Each cell has two tabs which are opposite in electrical polarity. Each connecting piece has: an electrode terminal electrical connecting portion for electrically connecting with the corresponding electrode terminal of the cap plate; a plurality of tab electrical connecting portions for electrically connecting with the corresponding tabs of the cells respectively; and a plurality of fusing portions electrically connecting the corresponding tab electrical connecting portion to the electrode terminal electrical connecting portion, a width of each fusing portion is less than a width of the electrode terminal electrical connecting portion. A configuration of the connecting piece is simple, thereby reducing the cumulative heat of the secondary battery and reducing the temperature rise.

Secondary battery

The present disclosure provides a cell and a preparation method thereof. The cell comprises a positive electrode plate (); a negative electrode plate () and a composite solid electrolyte membrane () positioned between the positive electrode plate () and the negative electrode plate (). The composite solid electrolyte membrane () comprises inorganic solid electrolyte layers () and structure supporting layers () which are alternately laminated along a laminating direction (D), and has abutted surfaces (S) respectively abutting against the positive electrode plate () and the negative electrode plate (), an angle between the laminating direction (D) and the abutted surface (S) is defined as &#x3b1;, and 0&#xb0;&#x2266;&#x3b1;&#x3c;90&#xb0;. The composite solid electrolyte membrane not only plays an advantage of a high lithium ionic conductivity of the inorganic solid electrolyte, but also has an excellent mechanical processing property, thereby significantly improving electrochemical performance and safety performance of the cell.

Cell and preparation method thereof

A surface modified lithium titanate and preparation method thereof is provided. In the surface modified lithium titanate, the deactivating groups distributed on the surface of the lithium titanate are &#x2014;O&#x2014;P&#x2014;RR'R&#x2033;, &#x2014;O&#x2014;P&#x2014;(OR)R&#x2032;R&#x2033;, &#x2014;O&#x2014;P&#x2014;(OR)(OR&#x2032;)R&#x2033;, and &#x2014;O&#x2014;P&#x2014;(OR)(OR&#x2032;)(OR&#x2033;), where R, R&#x2032; and R&#x2033; are identical or different C1&#x2dc;C8 alkyl or alkenyl groups. The deactivating groups are bonded to the lithium titanate via a bond or a bridge. The exemplary surface modified lithium titanate can effectively lower its catalytic activity, reduce the gassing of lithium ion batteries, and therefore improve the high temperature storage and high temperature cycle performance of lithium titanate batteries. The exemplary preparation method is simple, has great repeatability, a low cost, low pollution to the environment, and is suitable for industrial production.
