A system to progressively generate responses configured to mitigate risk associated with row hammer attacks. Between two successive refreshing of memory cells in a memory device, increasing thresholds are used to detect row hammer attacks. For example, after a first alert of row hammer attacks is generated using a first lower threshold, a first operation associated with the first lower threshold is initiated to mitigate risk associated with row hammer attack; and a second higher threshold is used to detect row hammer attacks. After a second alert of row hammer attacks is generated using the second lower threshold, a second operation associated with the second lower threshold is initiated to mitigate risk associated with row hammer attack.

A memory system may perform operations relating to writing data to multiple memory cells belonging to one or more rows of the memory system in response to a single write command. The memory system may activate a set of rows indicated by the row group address. In response to a write command (e.g., a row group write command), the memory system may write data in a respective memory cell of each row indicated by the row group address. For example, each memory cell to be written may correspond to a column address included in the write command. The memory system may write a same logic state to each memory cell.

In an illustrative, non-limiting embodiment, an Information Handling System (IHS) may include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution by the processor, cause the IHS to receive inputs from a posture sensor, a software monitor, and a pen sensor, and set a touchpad to collaboration mode in response to the inputs.

The method uses overall scheduling delay and resource utilization ratio as measurement indexes when analyzing the lower bound of delay and designing resource allocation algorithms, and selects a best node combination in each time slot to occupy as many channel resources as possible to improve the resource utilization ratio and reduce the overall scheduling delay.

The present application provides a method for pre-charging a cascade converter and a cascade converter. The cascade converter includes a main transformer, multiple power units, a control unit and a precharge unit. Power units connected with the precharge unit are a first power unit group, and other power units are a second power unit group. The control unit controls first switch set in the precharge unit to be turned on, and low-voltage AC power supply in the precharge unit performs pre-charging for a bus capacitor through an inverter circuit in the first power unit group. When a voltage of the bus capacitor reaches a first voltage threshold, the control unit controls a rectifier circuit in the first power unit group to work to magnetize the main transformer, thereby performing pre-charging for bus capacitors in the second power unit group.
