A driving circuit for a touch control panel, that selectively operates in a display mode or a touch mode, includes a display data generating circuit and a touch control circuit. When the driving circuit operates in the display mode, the display data generating circuit transmits display data to multiple data lines of a pixel array of the touch display panel. When the driving circuit operates in the touch mode, the touch control circuit transmits a touch driving signal to the multiple data lines, and performs touch detection by detecting capacitance changes on the multiple data lines.

A data reading device that transmits power to a data transmission device and reads data transmitted from the data transmission device is provided. The data reading device includes: a first electrode, forming a first coupling capacitance with the data transmission device; a second electrode, forming a second coupling capacitance with the data transmission device; a control circuit, coupled to the first electrode and the second electrode, configured to provide the first electrode with a first reference voltage and the second electrode with a second reference voltage to cause a voltage difference between the first electrode and the second electrode to vary with time, and to detect charge changes of the first coupling capacitance and the second capacitor; and a determination unit, coupled to the control circuit, configured to determine the data according to the charge changes.

Data reading device and method thereof, and data transmission device and method thereof

A sensing apparatus includes a substrate, N groups of sensing elements formed on the substrate, a sensing circuit and a switch control circuit. Each group of the N groups of sensing elements includes a plurality of sensing elements. Each of the sensing elements includes a thin-film transistor (TFT) switch and a sensing electrode. The sensing electrode drives the N groups of sensing elements to sequentially generate N groups of sensing signals. By controlling the TFT switches, the switch control circuit controls a plurality of sensing electrodes included in one group of the N groups of sensing elements to be coupled to the sensing circuit.

Sensing apparatus for detecting user touch

A touch panel includes a plurality of touch sensing groups. Each of the touch sensing groups includes a central electrode, a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes. The central electrode includes a main body, and has a wavy contour. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are disposed at two sides of the main body along a direction, respectively. Each of the first electrodes includes a first inner edge adaptively spaced from a first edge of the central electrode. Each of the second electrodes includes a second inner edge adaptively spaced from a second edge of the central electrode. Touch panel

A capacitance sensing apparatus applied to a touch panel is provided. The capacitance sensing apparatus includes a plurality of sensor channels including a first sensor channel and a second sensor channel neighboring to each other. A first voltage signal is outputted to the first sensor channel. A plurality of capacitances of the first sensor channel are detected to generate a first capacitance result for touch sensing. A second voltage signal is outputted to the second sensor channel. A first voltage difference is present when the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal are respectively outputted to the first sensor channel and the second sensor channel, and a second voltage difference is present when the capacitance of the first sensor channel. The first voltage difference and the second voltage difference are substantially the same.

Capacitance sensing apparatus and control method

A driving apparatus for an electrode in a capacitive touch control system is provided. The driving apparatus includes a signal generating module and an adjusting module. The signal generating module generates a driving signal. The adjusting module is connected between the signal generating module and the electrode, and generates an adjusted signal according to the driving signal to replace the driving signal. The adjusting module controls a rising edge or a falling edge of the waveform of the adjusted signal, so that a high-frequency component in the adjusted signal is less than that in the driving signal.

Capacitive touch control system and driving apparatus thereof

A touch sensing device is provided. A shielding plate is provided for covering and shielding wires that route sensing electrodes to a flexible circuit board. Alternatively, a conductive layer of the circuit board is applied for shielding a plurality of contacts of the electrodes and wires. Wires that couple two same typed electrodes extend as a shielding plate for shielding contacts of another type of electrodes. An auxiliary electrode bordering outside the sensing electrodes can be provided to compensate fringe effects of the sensing electrodes.

A testing system for a touch device includes a touch simulation module, a control module and a determination module is provided. The touch simulation module includes multiple conductive elements respectively corresponding to multiple touch sensing regions of the touch device. The control module selectively provides a testing signal to one or multiple of the conductive elements. The determination module determines whether the touch device correctly responds a testing that the control module provides to the device under testing through the touch simulation module.

Testing system and testing method for touch device

A capacitance detecting apparatus, coupled to a capacitor to be measured, includes a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a control module and a judging module. The first and second capacitors are coupled to the capacitor to be measured via an input node. The control module provides a first voltage-drop variation to the first capacitor and a second voltage-drop variation to the capacitor to be measured to introduce a third voltage-drop variation to the second capacitor. The first and second voltage-drop variations cause charge flowing from the first capacitor to the input node have a same sign with charge flowing from the input node to the capacitor to be measured. The judging module determines capacitance of the capacitor to be measured according to capacitance of the first and second capacitors as well as the first, second and third voltage-drop variations.

Capacitance detecting apparatus and capacitive touch control system using the same

A conductive layer of a touch sensor and a pixel electrode conductive layer of a display panel are integrated to a touch display panel during the same fabrication. The touch sensor defines a plurality of sensor groups that are insulated from each other in a same conductive layer, and each of the sense groups is divided into a plurality of mutually-coupled first electrodes, a plurality of mutually-coupled second electrodes and a plurality of mutually-coupled third electrodes. The first electrodes and the third electrodes are insulated from each other and are horizontally interlaced. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are insulated from each other and are located on opposite sides of a horizontal symmetry axis. A gain for compensating a vertical coordinate of a touch position is introduced according to capacitance variances of the first electrodes and the second electrodes.
