A signal wiring of a touch panel mainly extends a bonding portion of a touch sensing unit from a signal wire on a substrate outside the substrate. The bonding portion is further attached to a signal bus so as to shrink the wiring area of the touch sensing unit and the edge frame as well. The bonding portion outside the substrate is allowed to be formed larger for improving improving the stability and yield of the connection between the touch sensing unit and the signal bus.

Signal wiring of touch panel

The invention includes a substrate with a visible area and a shielded area, a touch panel overlapped on the substrate and having touch sensor units overlapping with the visible area and a bridging layer with an insulating film. The touch sensor units are connected with signal wires to electric contacts corresponding to the shielded area. The insulating film cloaks the signal wires and electric contacts. The insulating film is formed with through holes corresponding to the electric contacts and is provided with bridging wires between every two adjacent through holes for connecting all of the electric contacts.

Bridging structure for signal transmission of touch panel

An ornamental frame of touch panel includes a first color frame layer provided at an outer periphery portion of a bottom surface of the upper panel of the touch panel, and a second color frame layer provided at an inner periphery portion of the first color frame layer and extended from the surface of the first color frame layer to overlap with the bottom surface of the upper panel, wherein the ornamental frame can just cover the signal leads extended along the edges of the touch sensor. The first color frame layer and the second color frame layer are non-transparent or nearly non-transparent film layers, wherein the first color frame layer is thicker than the second color frame layer.

A method for forming a touch sensing pattern and signal wires, comprises the steps of: installing a first and a second conductive plating films on a surface of a highly transparency substrate; projecting a high energy light beam to the conductive plating films; and the high energy light beam moving with respect to the substrate along a predetermined track; a plurality of insulating trenches being formed in the first and second conductive plating films so as to form predetermined patterns for a sensing area and a wire area; a yellow light process being performed on the substrate; a layer of light resistor thin film being formed on a surfaces of the wire area; and etching the first conductive plating film in the sensing area; by above steps, the predetermined pattern in the sensing area being formed in the second conductive plating film.

Method for forming a touch sensing pattern and signal wires

A signal transfer assembly of a touch panel has a conductive film arranged on a surface of a substrate; an edge of the conductive film being connected to a silver conductive circuit; signals triggered on the conductive film being transferred to the silver conductive circuit and then to the signal output ends at two sides of the silver conductive circuit; an edge of the conductive film having a plurality of resistors near the silver conductive circuit; an area between two slots being formed as a transfer channel so that the resistors and the transfer channels are alternatively arranged. The resistors are hollowed slots penetrating through the conductive film. Each resistor has an oblong shape and lengths of the resistors are longer at a middle portion and are shorter at two sides. Widths of the transfer channels are wider at a middle section and are narrower at two sides.

Signal transfer assembly of touch panel

A method for manufacturing a touch panel includes following steps. A substrate is used and an upper surface thereof is formed with a plurality of lower electrode units. A periphery of each lower electrode unit is formed with a gluing frame, and a periphery of the substrate is formed with a sealing frame. A panel layer is used and a lower surface thereof is formed with a plurality of upper electrode units. By the gluing frame and the sealing frame, the substrate and the panel layer are combined together as a combined plate. The combined plate is etched by solution of hydrofluoric acid. One or more than one function film is attached to a surface above each electrode unit. A cutter is used for cutting the panel layer from an upper side thereof and to form a trench, and the substrate is pressed along the trench of the substrate for separating the substrate into a plurality of independent touch panels along the predetermined cutting line.

Method for manufacturing touch panel with glass panel layer and glass substrate

A capacitive touch panel, comprises a surface layer, an X axis sensing layer, a Y axis sensing layer, an insulation layer, a base substrate and a first signal output wire bank; wherein the surface layer and the bottom layer are high light transmission insulating films; the material of X axis sensing layer and Y axis sensing layer are selected from a transparent film with good conductivity and low impedance; the material of the insulation layer connected the X axis sensing layer and Y axis sensing layer being selected from transparent insulating film material; a plurality of conductive wires are arranged on the first signal output wire bank; and the X axis sensing layer has a plurality of X line traces and the Y axis sensing layer has a plurality of Y line traces.

Capacitive touch panel

A method for manufacturing a touch panel for acquiring a plurality of touch panels in one machining process comprises the steps of: sticking a rectangular transparent film to a back liner as to be formed with an upper material piece; each upper electrode unit of the transparent film being formed with a closed gluing frame along an inner periphery of the cutting line; forming a plurality of lower electrode units with an identical specification as the upper electrode units on the transparent film on a surface of the glass substrate; sticky a surface of each upper electrode unit on the transparent film to a surface of a respective lower electrode unit on the glass substrate by the gluing frame; a glass cutter cutting along a cutting line into one lateral side of the surface on the glass substrate; performing a piece peeling operation so as to acquire each touch panel.
